The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was served quickly. The hotel is located away from the city center, which makes it very peaceful and quiet. This was actually one of the reasons we chose to stay here.
The service shuttle is free to get to Fira center, driver is very nice and helpful.
The hotel is also close to the beach, with a nice restaurant nearby. The swimming pool is located outside the hotel, but this was not an issue for us. However, the pool closes at 8:00 PM, so it would be great if guests could enjoy night swimming, especially in the evening when the weather is cooler. The Wi-Fi connection was sometimes very slow, and I was frequently disconnected, which was a little inconvenient.
Overall, we had a pleasant and relaxing stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet place near the beach.
One small disappointment was when my husband and I went swimming and there was only one towel available. I asked the receptionist if we could have another towel, but unfortunately, he simply said no and shrugged his shoulders without offering any alternative. We would have appreciated a more helpful response, especially as there were two of us using the pool.

The property is located in Exo Gialos which is about a five minute drive from Fira. It is pretty isolated and the arent any shops or supermarkets near it that you can go by foot, you have to take the car to Fira for everything. Because of that, the property has some basic supermarket things at the reception (beverages and snacks etc) and even some souvenirs for you to buy if you want. The pool was very nice and the room had great A/C. The staff was very kind and helpful and provided help with anything we needed (e.g. an iron and iron board). If you are looking for something quiet that is still very close to the main attractions, then it is a good choice plus it is a good value for money considering the prices for accommodation in Santorini can get pretty steep.
It is a bit outdated and there is not much of noise isolation between the rooms.

The property is nice and comfortable. The host are very welcoming and accommodating🥰. Plus factor is nearby beach and pool to chill.
The property is a bit away from Fira center but they offer a shuttle every 3 hrs from the property to center of Fira.
