It's right next to the German border. It was clean, good tv. They were ok to put stuff in the freezer. The receptionist spoke good English. The breakfast is supposedly good.
The AC in our room barely worked and because it was so hot outside it was not enough, while the AC in our friends' room was blasting so much they couldn't sleep.
The towels were a yellowish instead of white. Not something you often encounter. Only hand soap available at the sink and in the shower.
The parking is limited and it didn't feel safe being next to some sklep where the drunkies gather.
We paid 100 zl for our small dog (which is a lot compared to other Polish hotels) but outrageously there was nothing in the room! In other hotels when paying for a dog there is a blanket, a bowl and some poopy bags, but here we paid more than usual for absolutely nothing. Why did we have to pay at all if nothing is provided???
The worst was when we asked for breakfast to go... We heard that the breakfast is generally very good at this hotel, and when we asked for packed breakfast we had some expectations based on other Polish hotels.. What we got for 26 eur (for 2 people) was a joke. It was some DIY bread, meat, cheese and spreads with no cutlery or napkins, something you cannot DIY in a car (that's why you ask for a breakfast to be packed). For 13 eur p/p that was so miserable we couldn't believe.
The location, while close to the border, is also very shady, next to a shady park with drunk people, 3 police cars visited the evening we were there, and generally next to a busy street which our windows were facing.
