The staff and service were excellent. A special mention for Gullu, who was wonderful: she contacted us before we arrived to ask about children's entertainment and our room, sorted everything out ahead of time, greeted us on arrival, and arranged taxis for us whenever we needed them. Staff regularly brought water and drinks round, there was always food available outside, and drinks were served nicely and quickly. The indoor pool was warm, the Wi-Fi was good throughout, and the team did their best with the entertainment. The nearby beach is okay, if a bit rocky.

The water slides are dangerous. There is no proper safety control on the children's or the big slides. A lifeguard sits at the bottom of the big slides, but he doesn't watch or manage who comes down; he seems to be there just to fill the spot. On Sunday 25 October our daughter came off the slide and was struggling to get clear when another child came down and landed directly on top of her. She was pushed under and was drowning. My wife watched it happen and screamed to the lifeguard for help, and he did not move. Our daughter came out crying and looking like she would be sick, and he never once asked if she was okay. Her nose was damaged, and we now face medical appointments and possibly surgery, which could be a lifelong problem. Ten minutes later a Russian child was hurt and the same lifeguard immediately got up to help. We were the only Asian family there, and we believe this was racism or serious neglect by the lifeguard. Either way the lifeguard should not keep his job. The slides need red/green lights and a member of staff at the top. Smaller points: we only saw one evening show all week, and the indoor pool could do with a jacuzzi. Another incident: about three days in advance we booked La Senza restaurant for Friday evening, and the guest relations lady at the desk on the left of the entrance confirmed it. On Friday she gave us a ticket for 7:30pm, then called us back to say that wasn't our time and we didn't actually have a booking. When I asked who had the booking, she said a Russian guest did.

Room: comfortable/clean with drinks, items provided (shampoo, shower gel, ...). Thanks to the room service team. Insulated walls and carpets in the corridors limiting the noise. The nights were very quitefull. Resort: cleaned very often/day ; and signs indicated that the floor is slippery -pool: out and insidepool are very nice and clean. -waterpark with several slides -fitness room with different systems -pleasant green spaces (due to the work of a landscaper) that we can appreciate from the balcony /or the different cosi lounges all around the resort main building, and we can smell the scents of the vegetation on a swing for example -several restaurants -extraservices: small stores to buy memories, a medical center (Dr.), barber, spa/hamman with massage,... . -corner coffee opened (morning to 11pm) with a lot of choices (tea, coffee, delicious cakes) with TR traditional games. This place really has a special atmosphere like a literary coffee. It was one of my favourite place where we can work/see cats lounging in the grass. Staff: thanks to All, very involved to offer a very nice stay: specially to Fatma (main restaurant), our exchange was warmfull before our departure ; additionnaly Mehmet, Fayzullo, ... (restaurant service). When we asked something, we did not have to wait 10min to be served. The team is very reactive/proactive and it was very appreciated. Teams are multicutural (young, older or senior employees) and speaking a lot of languages ; so this facilitate also discussion. Thanks a lot to Gullu (Guests Relation Manager) and Hasan (Director) for their kindness and time, to improve our stay. Food: wonderfull, various, with thematic evening dinners (FR, TR, ...) in the main restaurant (with a luminous deco). Food was sincerly very delicious : entrances, vegetables, main plats, meat, fresh fish or sea products, cheese, desserts, ... ; cooked typically turkish and with attention. You can't imagine. Bravo to the Chief team.

[Continuation of the review/+ like]. A special dedication to the friendly Kids club and Animation Team (Sandy, Okabatar, Mehmet, ...) who took care of the children. The activities were very various from the morning to end of the day (morning gym, mask making, games, cupcake cooking, face painting, ...) and evening (mini-disco). For Mini-disco, it was funny to see the carousel with the children starting from dinnertime throught the restaurant. This team is very energic. After Mini-disco, place to a show or music live for adults (african, turkish/oriental, acrobatic, ...). Activities for adults were various during day (yoga, waterpolo, game darts, beach volleyball, ...). We have appreciated the presence of citizens from different countries (DE, OUZ, CH, TR, UK, ...). Additionaly, the weather was very nice after mid-October (25-26°C). The sea (with private beach) is beautiful with an access to a large platform (and sunbeds) to admirate sunset. The localization of the resort from Antalya was not a problem because you know it. The life in this resort is totally secure and it is definitely worth the trip. [Continuation of the review/- unlike]. -For a late evening booking, and so a late arrival, check-in has to be definitly improved. -Respected distance is mandatory between nightmanager and its guests. -Smoking area should be restricted around pool.

It was a beautiful property and had so much going on

Friendly staff. Spacious bedroom. Mini bar replenished daily. Food Court (self-service) restaurant was good.

Main buffet restaurant - not enough indoor tables. Limited choice of food during breakfast, lunch and dinner compared to their larger sister hotel Kirman Sidemarin Hotel & Spa in Side. Disappointed that they did not serve Baklava every night of the week. Carbonated drinks did not always have enough CO2, depending on which bar you went to. Limited snack options in Galetta patisserie. Evening live entertainment was only so-so. WiFi was not very stable.
