Staff are very cooperative, especially Zelena, who was amazing
The front desk Manager was extremely helpful and upgraded us to a better room with a beautiful view (Sorry if I can't remember the name, but your action made a difference in our stay in the hotel)
Sometimes you have to be early to get the best seat in the restaurants but it is not a big issue

I really liked the beautiful and pleasant hotel atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and, even though most of them didn't speak English, they still did their best to help us. The room was cozy and had a beautiful sea view. The food was diverse and absolutely delicious!
What I didn't like was the lack of proper communication from reception. Upon arrival at 3 PM, my room was still not ready.
Additionally, I was interested in the airport shuttle service, which the hotel lists as available for an extra charge. I messaged them both on Booking.com and via email two months prior to clarify the details, but to this day, I haven't received a reply.
I also felt that the private beach infrastructure was poorly maintained and definitely needed to be cleaner.

Excellent more than expected
If the receptionist could speak English and not make assumptions. They did not give or my wife a bracelet upon arrival, but insisted that they did.

The food and the location
Very noisy everywhere, the DJ at the pool put really bad music and very loud, really not a relaxing experience . also in the room the was no noise isolation and I had to pud ear plugs to go to sleep.
