It was ok.

The location was good

It was in a noisy location, very loud music from surrounding hotels every night. The bathroom was very old and needed repairs.

A beautiful Hotel

Hotel is well designed, very comfortable and easy access to town. Hosts very friendly, breakfast ok

Soundproofing is not good especially with inconsiderate guests talking till 3am

Grwat value, stuff, and superb location 👌🏻

very close to beach (just few steps down from the hill) sea view from our room - 117 very friendly staff, we was celebrating birthday and they spit it in passport and make a surprise for us in the room also hotel is good value for money, very worth it to visit! away from all night life that will give you good night of sleeping but if you want to enjoy night life then less then in 10min walk you can be in any of the night clubs, pubs, karaoke, market etc

we like it all only that I wouldn’t recommend it for elderly people as it’s stairs (I don’t think there is an elevator)

Very good value for money with pleasant staff and plenty to eat at breakfast.

Continental breakfast and plenty of it.

Only one small thing on the down side was the bed was a little hard.

Wonderful hotel - we'll be back!

This is a lovely, family run hotel. The people that work there and also run it are really helpful and generally make sure that their guests are happy. Our flight out there didn't get in until very late but they were flexible and had no issue with us checking in late. Our flight home was cancelled at the last minute by Easyjet, leaving us with very little options for to get back. They did everything they could to help us - We can't thank them enough. The location is perfect - right by the beach and also just a short walk (5/10mins) from Bar Street and the surrounding bars and restaurants. Yet still far enough away that you don't hear all the noise and music. Our room was cleaned daily to a very good standard. We absolutely loved the breakfast. It was continental and may not be to every British person's taste but with the weather being hot, it suited us perfectly. There was usually a range of breads and cheeses as well as ham. Also, salad type options... They also had a number of different fresh fruits (the watermelon was a favourite). Teas, coffee juice and water were the drinks options. The pool was perfect and they have the most comfortable sun loungers. If you want to go into Bodrum, there is a Dolmus (bus) that collects you at the top of the road. It doesn't take too long and stops right outside the bus station in Bodrum, where you'll find the market. Overall this hotel is a gem of a find and absolutely great value for money!

We would have liked the pool bar to have been open but perhaps this is only something they do during peak season.

Perfect stay

Absolutely incredible hotel. Very friendly team, delicious breakfast, big pool, comfortable sun loungers, clean rooms and gorgeous views from the balcony. I highly recommend this place. I hope I’ll be able to stay here again.

everything was amazing regarding the price we paid, the two brothers at the reception were super nice to us and helpful we literally could ask them about anything we want. super location call close to the beach 10min it’s a drive to Bodrum centre walking distance to bar street 1 minute walking to taxis point it’s just the perfect location I would definitely recommend it.

Good location. Everyday cleaning. Good personal. Swimingpool. Good view from the balcony.

10/10 little hotel

Such an amazing cozy hotel with super friendly stuff (people there are really nice), super clean rooms and hotel in general (no dirt nowhere ever), nice location (no noise from the road, but in the same time very close to the center) and clean pool with totally cozy sun beds. The beach is nice, neighborhood is not crazy, Migros and other supermarkets are very close. I loved this little hotel.

guys from the beach tried to trick us (charge money for being by the beach), but it didn’t work ever. Shampoo and other bed stuff we had only first 2 days and then they didn’t bring it anymore

Superb

The Hotel is allocated in a quiet area, 1 min walking into the beach. the staffs were amazing, they will make you feel at home, They helped me arranging the PCR test and the transfer to the airport everything was smooth. The shuttle bus is available 24hours in case if you are interested to go to Bodrum for about 20-30 minutes.

No Elevator Small basic mattresse and pillow. Curtains don't block morning sun completely. No scrambled eggs. BreakfCoffee quality.

Good choice

We liked our room with a great view from the balcony and that they offer free parking, which is hard to come by in Bodrum. It’s a bit outside city center, but it’s fine, since the area around the hotel has lovely bars, restaurants and beach access. We even prefered to stay here and not in the city center. Staff is friendly and the room and hotel in general is clean and well maintained.

The breakfast selection was not the biggest, however, you get to enjoy it on a lovely terrace.

Unforgettable holiday in the hotel near the Gumbet beach in Bodrum.

We spent 2 great days in Bodrum near the Gumbet beach. One of the reason - Gun-Ay Hotel. We have gotten upgrade room free of charge with a beautiful view on the sea. The staff of the hotel was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and sunny. Also we liked swimming pool in the territory of the hotel. There is less than 200 meters to Gumbet Beach from the hotel, where you can swim in the Aegean Sea and sunbathe on the cost. Water was smooth and clean in the Gumbet Bay during our stay. I hope we will be soon there in the future.

Very good location. 2 minutes to beach and 1 minute to bus stop. So, you can enjoy clean and calm gümbet beach and get to the center of Bodrum in 15 mins. Perfect as for us. The hotel itself is extremely cozy. Pool is quite large and warm. Suits are clean, all with a good sea view and with everything needed inside. No teapot inside, but in reality you don’t need that. Personnel is the best pro of the accommodation. Everyone is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is good. Our remark - perfect place for family rest.

Staff and cleanliness were brilliant. Lack of understanding at times difficult.

The bar area was pretty basic. There was never anyone manning it and it consisted of a very small fridge and about six bar stools. No music ever around there or the pool. I wouldn’t describe it as a bar at all.Basically a garden bar you’d have at home.
