The staff members are very kind. Beautiful view, good gym and pool.

Breakfast is always the same, it is not plentiful enough, they do not replace the food that has run out, or just need lot of time. The beaches are really far away, they do not have private beach.

Suit , hotel where old . Old conditions , where bad bad , they don’t have iron in room The curtains cannot be closed completely, as they are simply not designed for it. Half of the towels were not on arrival. They position themselves as a full-fledged hotel 5 check-in. But it’s maximum 3 stars hotel.

Spectacular room with a jawdropping view, wonderful breakfast, gorgeous hotel and gorgeous sister hotel with shared amenities. Highly recommend paying their small fee to transport your luggage to and from the ferry as there is an incredibly scenic 15 minute hilly cobblestone walk to the funiculare and taxis are not allowed on the small pathways along the route. This hotel was a 5 star experience. A bit of a hike to Marina Piccola, our favorite beach, but all downhill and a $20 taxi back up. A beautiful 10 minute walk to Capri town, past many designer shops and restaurants. Also a scenic 10 minute walk to the Gardens of Augustus and the Capri Rooftop which has one of the best views of the Faraglioni on the island.

We felt like no one spoke to us after check-in, even at breakfast, although we had heard so much about the friendly staff.

Staff was amazing, very helpful, and very efficient. Domenico and Luigi were the best Hotel representatives I've ever met. Amazing suggestions regarding the restaurants and help with transportation. Thank you Casa Morgano

The wifi in our room was poor, it just wouldn't connect

Wonderful views. Immaculately clean. Superb location- out of the beaten track, yet close enough to all interest points. our room was specious. The bed wide and comfortable, with top grade linens. soft thick towels and bathrobes. The jewel in the crown is the a-la-cart creative chef’s dinner. The dinner - pricy, yet worth every penny- is served beautifully, amazing tastes with attentive, knowledgeable service and a sommelier.

Misleading information on Booking: it’s a pity, because the hotel has many merits, and could do really well with accurate information. 1) The pools certainly add beauty to the premises, but are tiny and shallow - certainly NOT an infinite swimming pool, at most maybe suitable for bathing. This was a great dissatisfaction for us, since we specifically searched a hotel with a swimming pool. 2) The hotel is certainly NOT a few steps from the piazza, it’s more than 700 hundred steps from the Piazza. As mentioned above, we found the location fantastic, since we like walking, and liked the quiet road, but this information is far from accurate. Since there’s no entertainment at the hotel or nearby- there’s nothing to do after dinner - and practically no possibility to enjoy TV: The TV is rather small- especially considering the room’s dimensions - much smaller than the TV sets at any household today. All channels only in Italian. No smart TV - no Netflix Amazon Prime etc. No VOD.

casa Morgano is located in an exceptional street in Capri. the view of the terraces and the swimming pools are stunning. the staff is extremely friendly and helpful the owner is very accomodating he extended our check-out time for a couple of hours with no extra fees.
