The view of the Bay from our room was incredible! Friendly, helpful staff.
It is a great location if you want to explore the city, the market, and the beautiful bay, but it is far from the cruise terminal. We prefer to stay in the city before going on a cruise because there is much more to do and see there than by the terminal.

The room facilities are better than previous stays.
Hairs in bathroom upon arrival. Requested iron and ironing board but no service provided like any other hotel. They charged just to iron a couple of items. Poor WiFi connectivity. Lack of info about breakfast. Misleading information about the room booked vs. the room assigned.
