Staff were excellent especially phuong she even drove us to the beach herself and went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional stay at this great hotel we would highly recommend it to anyone

Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle yet with plenty of cafes and restaurants around.
Great views and friendly staff.
Overall very good value for money.
The hallways could use some carpeting to muffle the sound of people talking (and yelling) and walking.

Lovely location with lots of coffee shops along the esplanade. Having a lift and a shower screen were bonuses after staying at home stays :) breakfast was extra but very cheap and western menu option avail.
We did end up getting a grab to the other side of the bay for some attractions but happy with our location choice for a quiet and comfortable stay.
All good - only thing to improve would be communication.
We didn’t initially realise we could have breakfast there, and there was limited advice about tour options and then only a few cruises that were a bit pricey and not what we were looking for.
We didn’t know they did laundry either but thankfully found that out when we came down with our washing :)

clean room, lovely staff.
I was woken up at 6am to loud construction noises that made it impossible to sleep. I feel like this should have been stated before or on arrival of our stay. bad way to start a long day.
