Everything was good even we had an issue with the room. But the staffs helped us to solve the problem. Highly recommended if you want a good hotel to stay in Ha Long

Room looks old but the city view corner room makes us able to see the fireworks (pic not with me). Even in superior room, there are bathtubs in both rooms.

Superb hotel in a great location. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was excellent with an amazing view. Pools were great as due to the season we had them to ourselves on most days. Location is a bit far from the town but a cheap Grab sorted that out. Go here it’s excellent!
