Staff very helpful &friendly
A couple of maintenance issues
Bath basin plug got stuck so couldn't drain water, toilet seat was not properly tighten, couldn't get hot water in basin .
Advised frt desk and was told would have it fixed
After coming back from breakfast was advised problems fix,but intact sink plug was fixed but other issues had not been fixed
Only minor issues though

The balcony was great to relax on. The location was excellent, in the heart of it but not loud. The staff were very nice. The hotel has a quiet bar out front, which is perfect for a drink before heading out.

The hotel was in a great location with the night market and main bars being less than ten minutes walk. Old city about 15 minutes walk. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms where a good size with big bathroom, everything worked. Comfortable bed. Great value for money - would stay again.
Room was slightly dated, had a issue with locking my door but staff explained to push the button inside rather than using key. Breakfast room in centre of hotel was rather hot. - Only minor issues.

Good value for money, OK location, reception staff exceptional all around!
Cleaning could be better, spiders and insects in the room. No hand soap, got 2 ear-buds when we came, but no refill over 10 days. Our shampoo and body wash containers were broken on arrival for the 10 days we were there and didn’t get replaced. Screws to hold the balcony door loose, door that contained the freezer could use some WD-40.
