Quiet and clean, well maintained. Nice porch sitting area. The family is warm and welcoming, made sure my stay was great.
A little further from Mahabodhi temple than other hotels, but still accessible by a 30 min walk or ride in a tuk-tuk which are abundant.

- genuine hospitality
- basic but clean accommodation. working shower, AC and fan.
- their kids were so sweet and well-behaving. My son wanted to stay longer to play with them every night and day.
- location was a bit far from the sights but it’s manageable with tuk tuks.

The family is great,
The rooms are clean, hot water and possible to get great food, not central, but quiet and peaceful and just lovely people
I liked everything and it was up to my expectations, 2nd time there

The room was good except the toilet. It's badly placed and the commode is too small. Accessibility of the hotel/guesthouse is a bit on negative side. Expensive for the standard of service they provide.
