Well located
If you carry heavy luggage you will struggle, steep stairs.
When being in the common areas saw a cockroach and also a rat in the outside common areas. Even if I know its a common issue in Bangkok, I didn’t experienced this anywhere else.

The location is just few meters away from the train station so it is convenient to move around. There are also a lot of places to eat.
There is individual key card which I thought is not necessary.
