Stay here ! What a great little spot. Gorgeous hot showers, amazing views of the city. Parking right outside and just a lovely experience . Sarah was so kind and helpful.

My wife and I have stayed at the property many times over several years. The host (Sara) is very capable and welcoming. The property is in a convenient location within easy driving distance of all sites. The rooms are spacious and clean and now have air conditioning, which is essential during periods of hot, humid weather. The common areas are spotless, and there's a very nice roof deck for taking sun and enjoying the view out to the coast. There is also ample street parking and quick access to a variety of very good restaurants. Manciano itself is a wonderful hill town and very much worth a visit.

A beautiful B&B, very pleasant, tastefully decorated room, good location. Parking space is OK and you are within walking distance of nice restaurants. At noon or in the evening "Il Covo dei Briganti is recommended as a bar with tasty pastas and boards.

To reach the terrace and the kitchen you first have to go up a fairly steep spiral staircase. You do have a very nice view there, but the tables were not clean.

Host was lovely, very friendly & helpful. Location was excellent for us on our cycling trip, we could keep our bikes inside despite it being immaculate - extremely accommodating for our needs. Views from the property are amazing!!

Wasn’t certain about breakfast, thought it would be included but it wasn’t. We could easily pick something up in the town so it wasn’t a problem.
