It was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. Loved the location and staff were extremely helpful before and during our stay.
Stairs to the apartment were quite steep but we are in our 70s and this wouldn’t have bothered us 10 years ago! The bed was softer than we like.

The location of the accommodation is excellent, and the surrounding neighborhood is very quiet and safe. It is within walking distance from the Koln Hbf and Cologne cathedral, and if you enjoy walking, the entire Cologne old town is basically walkable from here.
The check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. The room was very clean, and the bedding, pillows, everything were very comfortable. There is also a well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to cook your own meals and make coffee. All the basic necessities were well provided. It’s a very cozy and welcoming place, perfect for family trips. Even on rainy days, there’s no need to worry, as umbrellas are thoughtfully provided at the entrance, which is very considerate.
The staff were also very friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended! I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Very clean and well decorated. Lovely clean shower area.
Easy access into town. Nice area.
Kettle with tea and coffee supplied. Toaster , fridge and hob also in the room. Hairdryer, lots of towels , toilet rolls, shampoo and shower gel.
Room 5 mezzanine bed gets hot during the night. I personally found it hard to scramble into the bed. The sofa bed was comfortable though but my son grabbed that.
Remember, no lifts so you have to be able to carry any luggage up the stairs.

Good location, nice exterior but disappointing inside
The room was basic and quite worn out and the bed is too small to fit two people. It felt a bit like a youth hostel.
