DESAYUNO Y CENA
LLEGUE UN DIA JUSTO A LAS 23:00 (SE PUEDE VERIFICAR CON LAS CAMARAS) Y NO HABIA NADIE EN RECEPCION (que atendia hasta esa hora) luego llame varias veces al numero que decia que hay que llamar y nada.- Hacia muucho frio y estaba afuera a la interperie y no sabia que hacer.- Finalmente pude llamar a un amigo y me consiguio una pieza en un hotel a ultimo minuto y fui a dormir a otro hotel. Podrian haberme devuelto el dinero de esa noche que no me quede ahi
Luego cuando hago el check out me dicen que debo pagar la cena de la noche anterior siendo que la pague en efectivo. Les dije que vieran las camaras para que vean cuando pague a una persona de pelo blanco y me dijo algo asi asi como que no podian ver las camaras en ese momento....horrible experiencia en ese hotel ! mas encima no tiene el aviso de "no molestar " y yo dormia en las mañanas cuando entraban a hacer el aseo

When checking in there was no booking in the system despite the fact I had a conformation. Instead of apologizing they were not helpful.

Nice peronel but as we wanted to book several nights more, and we did the previous evening.
The next morning they said it was overbooked and we had to leave.
Without looking for a solution or booking in a new hotel !!!!

Rooms were very basic. Lack of staff and facilities, though the staff they had were very good.
Not close to anything, rooms small, not even a small fridge.

Second day there was no towel in the bathroom, towel from the first day i left on the ground was taken, i had to search for it in a closet.

The first morning the breakfast was good. But on the last none of the items I liked most were served (out of stock).
Everything. The rooms were claustrophobically small. The furniture was outdated. The beds were just horrible. I woke up with pain in every bone & muscle. They also claimed that no pre-payment was needed. They still booked a reservation on my credit card. Normally this is sorted with one phone call or Email (when this happens, I usually call the facility and offer them to pay everything cash on arrival for the whole stay). This was the first time they did not accept that and just cancelled my booking. Hence, I had to book again, but then the rate was almost one hundred euro more expensive. So - never again this horror hotel. They lack service and charge way too much for these little wooden boxes they call hotel rooms.
