Good for short travel

Nice zone around the Hotel Good space and comfort bathroom. Lidl (food store) is near to the hotel.

The smell in some zones of the hotel is not the best

Friendly staff, very dirty room.

Friendly staff. Big room.

The room was very dirty with awful spots on the walls and chewing gum residues sticking on the floor. The bedding was relatively clean, but extremely soft and uncomfortable. The breakfast was very disappointing

❗️The receptionist's behavior was very bad. I was a little late in receiving the room, and he began to speak to me in an impolite manner, and he began to tell me about the employer that he does not pay him extra. Despite that, he dealt with me in a very immoral and disrespectful way. The quality of the staff👎🏻

Pleasant

Room was spacious, it also had a refrigerator (an old one but still better than none), there was a dining table, bathroom looked okay. There is Lidl nearby so that's a plus.

The hotel isn't placed in a good place, far from center. Staff didn't know English very well. Chair was very very dirty. There was a foul smell in the bathroom. Door handle to the bathroom fell off, the bathroom was also dirty. The sockets couldn't hold the phone chargers. Old windows that let the noise through.

Decent budget hotel

Decent budget hotel, actually better than average reviews suggests. Room was clean. Breakfast is basic but serves the purpose. There are parking usually places available down the street, the only disatvantage is that parking should be paid on Saturday in that area.

It is an ok hotel for the price. I have stayed in few 4* hotels in Brussels that costed twice, were dirty, old and not much better equiped than Evergreen.

It’s a budget hotel, for sure, but the host was incredible and kind and the facility was clean and well located. Very kind staff who went the extra mile.

Some staff was very friendly, some not at all. Breakfasts were quite meager. No elevator.

Over all we are disappointed

The breakfast Was not good, the room don't have television, have electric Fan but is not working..

The staff was rude and unfriendly.

Exactly what I was expecting, and the duty manager turned a routine stay into an extremely relaxing

Breakfast was not inspiring, but nothing is during COVID time. Arrived late and the night duty manager was very pleasant and helpful, offering me a larger room without me eve asking for it. He also suggested I put my car in their parking space that evening, as access could be difficult in the morning. Room was freshly decorated and exceedingly clean.

Decor, including bathroom, is extremely dated. Lack of air conditioning wasn't a problem for me, but it could be for some guests. Steep stairs, with no elevator, to all floors.

Room was clean and shower was good. In general was OK Not specific great thing,, however one good thing is 24/7 reception

It doesn't have elevators, careful if you have very heavy / large luggage The location wasn't very good at all. I booked this place only because it's closer to the airport but in the morning I cancelled the Uber as it would take 18 minutes for the car just to arrive and pick me up. I asked hotel to call a taxi, theirs took 15 minutes to reach and finally 41 euros yo charge. Between city and this place, using public transport meant too many changes or too much walking

Value for money

The room was in good condition and confortable. The breakfast was simple but tasty, especially the french croissants. The city centre is 30 min far by bus and there are 2 bus stations next to the hotel. In general, the hotel was good for the ammount we paid and for someone who has a low budget for accommodation.

During our stay, there was a very dirty smell that was coming from the bathroom. Sometimes, we could not sleep because of the smell that was coming from the bathroom to the bedroom.
