Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, beds comfortable, WiFi working. Breakfast was nice. The location (North Brussels) was what we wanted.
Rooms were not accessible (no lift) for people with mobility issues. Not a problem for us, but I would indicate this in the description, so that potential customers be aware of this.

Perfect location because we needed something close to home.
Pillows were horrible, too tall too hard impossible to use for sleeping.
Bathroom ceiling shows signs of humidity.
Breakfast was very poor quality.
If you are a tourist on a budget probably best to look elsewhere.
