The location is lovely, right in the heart of Durbuy. The staff kindly made a restaurant booking for me.
The room was very basic and lacking charm. The shower was ready to be completely renovated, the seal and grout were very mouldy. The car parking space was a bit confusing as I really had to read the small print that it needed pre booking. It wasn't automatically offered. I then pre-ordered it but it wasn't well explained that it wasn't at the hotel and I needed to find it on the map. It also wasn't explained that we needed to pay extra for the parking.

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen met uitleg over de werking van de airco in de kamers.
De bedden waren heerlijk. Het ontbijt was zeer volledig.
Een groot voordeel zijn de parkings die je kan reserveren op ongeveer 100 m van het hotel.

Situation de l'hôtel, gentillesse du personnel, décoration et environnement de l'hôtel.
Bon emplacement, fleuri, chambre petite mais bien décorée
Climatisation, cependant ultra bruyante.
Le bruit de l'étage dans notre chambre! grincements constants du plancher de la chambre au dessus dès 6h30 du matin et de manière répétitive. Nos voisins du dessus devaient quand même se rendre compte du bruit, ce n'est pas possible autrement.
Salle de bain très petite (mouchoir de poche) douche vétuste et pommeau de douche donnant un filet d'eau, sèche cheveux défaillant après 5 secondes (résistance qui surchauffe)
Serviettes de bain d'une autre époque, petites aussi.
Porte devant le WC transparente... donnant sur le lit de la chambre.
Petit déjeuner plus que simple pour un tel établissement. Choix très limités. Frais cependant, ça, rien à dire!
