Location was great! Walking distance to Chong Nonsi BTS station and many food options near by.
The aircon in the room was quite noisy. Every half an hour or so, it made a fairly loud noise.

The hotel boasts a fantastic, highly convenient location close to the BTS/MRT stations and the vibrant Silom area. Inside, the room was comfortable with a good bed, and having access to a pool and a compact gym added a nice touch of convenience to the stay.
There are several major drawbacks that need attention. The bathroom features an inconveniently high tub you have to climb into to shower, and the water temperature regulation was frustratingly difficult to adjust between freezing cold and scalding hot.
Dining and service logistics also fell short. The breakfast lacked flavor and variety, offering only boring white bread from the bakery. Furthermore, the breakfast tables are crammed into the foyer where check-in and check-out take place, leading to a crowded, chaotic atmosphere. Tables were cleared very slowly, and most concerningly, staff used the exact same two cloths to wipe down all the breakfast tables and reception desks throughout the entire morning.

The Pool area and upgraded rooms.
The staff were very supportive. They upgraded our rooms because the rooms we originally booked had a nasty smell. The upgraded room was fine.
