We were greeted by the host and were shown around the facilities which made things much easier . The staff were very friendly and the food and drinks were amazing each time we were not disappointed.
Location is good, close the beach and near shops and restaurants . However if you want to visit other parts of the island you will need a car, or taxi . Sometimes if you book activities online some provide pick up and hotel drop off .
The WiFi connection was very slow or would disconnect frequently possibly due to the wind we were told .

We had a fantastic family stay in Santorini! The location is unbeatable, just 25 minutes from the airport and a 2-minute walk to the beach, making life with two kids so easy.
The Property & Room: Beautiful, remarkably clean, and our room had plenty of space for the four of us alongside a great view.
Food: The breakfast buffet was fantastic with plenty of options.
Service: Truly outstanding. The manager and staff went above and beyond, and the cleaning lady assigned to our room was exceptionally lovely and thoughtful.
Highly recommended for families visiting the island!
When booking via third-party sites like Booking.com, be aware that the hotel may classify 14-year-olds as adults. We had marked our teenager as a child during the booking process, but were asked to pay an extra supplement upon arrival because the hotel’s policy differs. While I understand the policy, it would be helpful if the platform and the hotel could sync these age requirements to avoid unexpected charges at check-in.
Despite this, we had a fantastic time and would gladly stay here again!

the other people staying at the hotel were very nice, mostly old couples
no flexibility with towels, room was dusty, the whole hotel is very old and dated, it needs a complete revamp. the pool wasn’t particularly exciting, and the way through a dingy balcony to our room was less than pleasant
