The hotel was beyond our expectations. W had one of the best holiday thanks to amazing staff and amazing hospitality. Everyone was perfect and for sure we will come back next year. Highly recommend from family with kids!!!!

Территория не очень большая, но зеленая, ухоженная и красивая. Много сосен, красивых цветов. Отдельное слово про персонал-максимально дружелюбный, приветливый, улыбчивый и обаятельный. Все!)
Еда вкусная, разнообразная. Понравилась организация пространства в ресторане-нет ощущения толпы. Уютно. Большой аквапарк. На пляже много песчаных зон-удобно и детям и взрослым.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The food was delicious with a great variety of options every day. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We also loved the swimming pools, especially the children’s pool with water slides.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the Kids Club. A special thank you to all the employees working there. Our children loved spending time at the club and felt as happy as if they were at a summer camp. As parents without the help of grandparents or a nanny, we were finally able to relax and enjoy a real vacation for the first time in a year. The Kids Club made a huge difference to our holiday.
Even though we stayed only five full days, we had a wonderful experience and enjoyed every moment.

The room itself was modern and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely lovely, especially the guy at the towel booth. what stood out most was how clean everything was, amazing and hardworking people work there.
Asked for a quiet, side sea view room before arrival and again at check in. Got extreme noise instead, a playground blasting music all day under the balcony and a neighbour hotel doing the same every night till midnight. I paid £100 extra (!!) for a side sea view and got a tree view.......... Also kids on full volume cartoons and games EVERYWHERE (beach, restaurant etc) with zero staff intervention annoyed us A LOT. plus the beach that was small and not as clean as it should've been, people smoke there too.
For the price, and what was promised - pretty disappointing.
