For years my husband and I stay in nice resorts, and what generally makes the difference between them is human touch. This stay made it incredible by Kaoutar, she was so kind and helpful. I had allergic reaction and she stayed with us at doctors and later at pharmacy, was also checking on me. Kaoutar made all of our reservations in restaurants, so every day we got to have dinner or lunch on other restaurant. Sincerely thank youš¤
Regarding the resorts, we initially booked Rixus adults only, that is few kilometers away, but got transferred to Sungate. If I book again I would choose Sungate immediately. The other one is very calm and less activities. In Sungate thereās a lot of games (I played Dart and girl ārunningā this was amazing, I never knew it could be that much fun), my husband played volleyball almost everyday. If I knew I would stay here I would bring my kids, thereās soooo much entertainment for children. From restaurants I would recommend Tappanyaki, chefs are amazing, funny and whole experience is just a must. Restaurant Cactus I recommend in sunset, it has incredible view. Akakuro has the most delicious Sweet and sour shrimps and girls working there are so kind.
Thereās several pools, and donāt stick to one, cuz each one is different experience. And the best coffee is from Costa but the one next to the beach. The girl there is so good, she knew better what I want and need then myself šā¤ļø

The entertainment team and the pizza
Guest relations onur and Sana arranged for me ala cart dinner although my reservation was only 4 night and one time I missed the dinner time and was hungry Ahmed and the chef arranged plate for me as a solution made me happy

-Garden is well kept, our 10 MO enjoyed crawling around
-Staff(Mehmet, Tuna and Ali) were very helpful, they made our stay better in the last 2 days
-Nice breakfast and cocktails
- Beach was in a bad condition, the sand wasnāt cleaned/raked, the poles of the beach tents were rusty
-It was extremely noisy at the night due to the activities at the beach bar, if your child sleeps before midnight I wouldnāt recommend booking a room with a sea view
-Coffee was really bad
- Service at the restaurant was horrible, the high chairs for the baby were old and always dirty
- We have requested some boiled vegetables & unseasoned meat for our babyās meals, they confirmed that our personal assistant would take care of this but it was always forgotten. This was actually our only motivation to book this hotel and they made us miserable for 4 days.. It ruined our vacation..
-There was a weird smell on the sheets and pillows (probably because of the barbecue restaurant nearby, they changed the sheets when we asked them to)
- There are screens promoting the land of legends theme park everywhere, the same video clip with horrible background music goes on and on (in ALL elevators, at the lobby etc.) It was really annoying
- Staff at the bar and restaurant were grumpy most of the time. 0 smiles, what happened to Turkish hospitality?
