Awesome and amazing vacation

Property was clean and we had two designated parking spaces. The unit had a washer n dryer we didn’t have to go back home with dirty or wet clothes. The beach and Kioskos were close and amazing like always. Highly recommend the island and this property. Thanks

In general, I liked it very much, I recommend ...

Everything is great. 2 smart TV, fast internet, kitchen with housewares... You no need salt, paper an sugar for first day, and nearest grosser about 10 minutes by walk Nice furniture, Nice towels, huge bed.... There is 2 levels and 2 beds + folding sofa, enough space for up to 6 adult, for me and my wife it was too much... Privet parking for 2 cars The location- is more convenient then it looks on map. The neighbor's rooster woke up at exactly 6 am, coffee, breakfast and you can go to the beach. If you don’t like the natural alarm clock -just close the windows and sleep on.

AC a little bit noisy, like any wall or window A/C, but , it was not not a big trouble for me.

Comfy well located yet minimalistic.

Location, spacious apartment, private parking.

Lack of freebies, no welcome kit with at least a couple bottles of water. Neighborhood with a lot of empty buildings, makes it seem sketchy.

Nice stay, clean and family friendly.

Spacious, clean, AC in both rooms. There were towels, washer and dryer. Outside shower to wash off after the beach. We walked to Luquillo beach. Host was responsive.

Had to pay with Paypal, which made me nervous.

Great location, quiet sleep, hope we can go back again

The location was very convenient; only minutes from the yummy Kiosko for dinners and a lovely beach at the end of the street. It was not far to El Yunque, and only about 20 minutes from the Fajardo Kayaking Center, where we did a night-time kayaking excursion in the bioluminescent bay. There was a grocery store and pharmacy across the street. Although the condo is two stories with steps, there is a bathroom and sofa bed on the ground floor, so if only one member of your party has mobility issues, it will still work.

Very good value! Can recommend to stay

Very spacious, and a it's a very good value overall. Walkable distance to the beach, a lot of nice bars and restaurants around Apart from that: - washer / dryer - a big plus - a shower outside (behind the gate) - 2 bathrooms - one is downstairs, very useful - Luquillo has an amazing beach to relax / swim

All of the below are really minor things, but might be important for someone to know: - we spent some 5 minutes trying to locate the gate - might be we were tired (Google maps sent us to Pso Solimar, while the actual entry to the condo is from the Ocean drive). - a very bright electric light from the outside at night time - really annoyed me. Even with the blinds shut my brain was thinking it's a day outside. If you're sensitive to such things - bring a sleeping mask with you. - I didn't figure out how to open the entry gate door with a key from outside of the area, had to bend my hand and open the door from the inside) - the same key didn't work for me from outside, a bit weird - 15 minute hike to the beach where you can swim - might be a bit long for someone (or 2 minute hike, if you just want to see the ocean) - everything at the property looks quite basic - no shampoo (not a big deal, but it was a surprise for us) again - all of those are minor things

Extremely institutional, beige and concrete, nothing decorative or inviting. Could use some TLC.

A/C worked well; Easy access; comfortable beds; washer and dryer in unit.Clean

Very convenient location, close to everything. The apartment was very clean and we were provided with towels and clean sheets. You have a queen bed, 2 twin and a sofa, 2 full bathrooms and washer and dryer and 2 tvs. It also has a pool and walk in closet with a safe. (Make sure you do bring toiletries).Overall, it was a great 2 week stay. 😀

The bedroom A/C had a not so pleasant odor. (Like a humidity smell) and I feel like we should've gotten provided with bigger pans with lids.

clean but lacking in essentials

apartment was secure and clean

we got in late and had to leave early for the ferry. The apartment had 2 baths which was nice but they only had 1 roll of Toilet Paper to share. Then we had 5 guests and only 4 clean towels, no hand towels or any other essentials. I will say I messaged the manager and he threw some things in a bag over the fence. But I didn’t get the message until after we had left the apartment. It’s sure nice to stay in a place that has clean linen, enough pillows and blankets and TP. good luck

Great value for prime locations

Location is the best, so close to the beach, and places to eat, new sheets and good beds, nice quite neighborhood. 2 full bathrooms are very convenient as well as bedroom (sleeps 4 on the 2nd floor plus couch in living room) is on the second floor with walk in closet and full bath. Host is very helpful and responds promptly to all questions with additional pictures if needed.

the only things we were missing was a hair dryer and a bigger pan with lid)) Some walls need new paint
