Soggiorno da incubo

Posto abbandonato a se stesso con 2 Tuttofare che dormono in giardino parlano poco e Male inglese e sembrano più dei guardiani notturni, nessun servizio di ricezione nessun servizio di albergo, stanno solo lì a prendere i soldi, la struttura potrebbe essere gradevole se non fosse così spartana e sporca, le camere sono spaziose e i letti comodi e puliti, ma il resto terribile: bagni ricoperti di calcare che puzzano di Fogna, ingresso alle case con cucine abbandonate e sporche, colazione cucinata da una donna sgradevole con il volto arrabbiato che cucina al momento lentamente e per tutti in un cucinino sporco con padelline di teflon arruginite, una cosa terribile, non abbiamo chiuso occhio perché alle 3 del mattino i galli che tengono a pascolare sotto il balcone cominciano a cantare senza sosta per tutto il giorno, follia pura, avviliti chiediamo di andare via prima ma al momento di pagare, nonostante fosse indicato che accettassero pagamenti con carta, ci hanno invece obbligano a girare l'isola alla ricerca di un atm funzionante (cosa che ha richiesto l'intera mattina a della nostra vacanza). La cosa peggiore è che abbiamo pagato 80 euro a notte! Un prezzo nettamente superiore alla media del posto, proprio perché voleva essere sicuri di scegliere una struttura di livello decente, con la meta dei soldi per notte siamo andati in un'altro albergo delizioso, tranquillo pulito e con personale gentilissimo. Spero che la struttura chiuda presto o ristruttura e cambi gestione per colpa loro 2 giorni di vacanza sono stati rovinato, Nusa Penida ê un'isola selvaggia abbandonata a se stessa dal governo, le perosne del posto spesso non sono gentili e sono poco civili, l'isola ê ricoperta di immondizia è priva dei servizi essenziali, il degrado sociale ê visibile, consiglio di andarci solo per una gita andata e ritorno e cmq gli spostamenti a casusa delle strade sono drammatici.

Superb

Property gives sentorini vibes with white and blue theme. We got room upgrade as AC was not working. The view from balcony and pool is spectacular, specially the Sun rise. Next to cactus beach club where you can enjoy sunset or sunrise along with really great food.

Breakfast is very basic. You can select only one item from 4-5 options. For the price the breakfast is nothing.

Best place to stay at Nusa Penida

There is no lesser word than Excellent... everything offered has met all expectations. The Welcome, the facility, the room, the breakfast, the staffs and the most pleasing view.

Need to make some basic provision for dinner or lunch.

not worth the money.

The view is amazing! the receptionist was really sweet! aesthetically pleasing.

the breakfast lady told us very rudely ‘ONE PERSON ONE DISH ONLY’. I mean, I understand there is a language barrier but we’ve paid a lot to stay here. there is no buffet, it’s al a carte, that’s totally fine but why can’t two people order 3 dish in total? it was really shocking. The property isn’t also worth the amount we paid. the room barely had anything special. it was my friend’s birthday. I asked the property to decorate and arrange a cake (if possible). they did. then they charged me 250,000 IDR for this. That is really shocking. We paid a lot to stay here but it was definitely not a good experience.

Beautiful view and pools

Pros: the view, the pools, very nice staff.

Cons: The hotel was poorly maintained and I could have gotten passed that except the bathroom in the room was dirty and the shower was not working. We booked 2 nights and ended up staying only one and moving to a different hotel.

Lovely place; warm staff. I'd love to stay there again.

The facility was comfortable and clean. The staff was super-helpful and friendly. Swimming pools were great! AC worked great. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfasts were a little sparse.
