Friendly staff. Large,clean room. I really enjoyed having the kitchenette with a good size, ice cold refrigerator and a dishwasher. The breakfast oatmeal tasted great. Being pet friendly and free parking is a major plus.
The bathtub was very slippery and the pillows were lumpy. The breakfast was ok. Coffee was terrible.

The pool had lights! Very clean and fun. Hotel room was super nice. LOVED that the parking was free unlike Lake Mary and Jacksonvillle. Lee greeted us right away, gave us travel reccomendations and even a discount code for Texas Roadhouse. He was a super awesome Hotel employee.
Free breakfast WAS NOT worth it. I did eat some eggs and a waffle but the baked goods and yogurt varieties could have been better.

We got in on a Saturday. Showered on Sunday to find we were out of shampoo and conditioner. Had to go to the front desk after asking 2 cleaning people. I also requested cleaning on Monday and that did not happen. And we never got the shampoo or conditioner. On Tuesday after multiple requests the room was cleaned and someone stole a brand new bottle of cologne. When reported to the front desk they did take $$ off of our bill to reimburse for the cologne. Angel at the front desk was wonderful. However after this incident we did not want anyone in the room. So the rest of the stay I had to continue to get supplies from the front desk. And we didn’t want anyone in the room so the room wasn’t cleaned all week. While I realize this was our choice it made for an inconvenient stay. Again while Angel at the front desk was fantastic we would not recommend this property. When you pay to stay at a hotel you not only pay for the room but the cleaning that goes with it and that could not happen. I am disappointed there wasn’t a follow up regarding the crime. I hope no one else has to experience this at this property.
