Excellent communication, bit of a difficult check in because I speak little Belgian and they speak little English (Which is my problem not theirs). The hotel offers multiple rooms over several properties and was very much what I expected. The room was clean and was refreshed by the host for the second night. Bed was ok, small for a larger couple but ideal for one but creaks worse than I do. No kettle (thats an English thing), breakfast is offered but at €25 a head it’s a bit pricey. Separate entrance for evenings and when the restaurant is closed. Nice hot water but the shower head is loose and falls. Good restaurant and bar downstairs. Ok for the money and in a quiet location in a lovely village by the river. Don’t expect late morning lay ins as the church clock starts chiming at 7.00am and then chimes every quarter! I enjoyed my stay, it was everything I needed and but I was alone on a motorbike. Free Wi-Fi was a bonus. Definitely stay again.
Little things, shower head falls off, loo seat loose, limited socket outlets, noisy bed with two small pillows. Nothing too serious if your easy going.

The location of this hotel is amazing. It is right in the middle of the beautiful village of Chassepierre. The room was ok, very basic but clean and tidy. The staff was kind.
The room was overpriced because of a festival happening in Chassepierre that weekend. All accommodations in the area raise the price because of the festival and I totally understand it. However, I would have appreciated to have the breakfast included for that price.
