zero flexibility on booking. Zero correspondence or replies to emails. dreadful customer service. Would advise anyone using the messe to look elsewhere or you will likely lose all of your money if you need to make even the smallest amendment. Dreadful

It is very close to the train station to Hannover Messe. Good space for 1-2 persons.

The room and the kitchen were very basic but not clean at all. The office took action right after receiving my texts, but it was not possible to clean to the standard. Do not expect the kitchen facility is useful except the refrigerator.
