Very comfortable for a small family. Had kitchen and washing machine and was close to grocery store. Whilst parking isn’t available at the property the carpark under the police station is super close and safe.

The apartment was very cozy, warm and clean. We are very pleased. We will book again when we visit Graz.

Vary spacious, well equipped. Very convenient location especially if you need to park your own car (green lines nearby)

There’s only one toilet and it’s without a sink, such that you have to go to the bathroom to wash your hands after using it

Miles away from the Center Poorly done shower doors in both bathrooms,flooding the whole floor Permanently switched on corridor lamp and a glass bedroom door,so light was bright,which disturbed sleeping Noisy traffic street and construction nearby Poor customer care,not responding on time

I had a problem authenticating my credit card due to bank issues (we're from South AFrica) and therefore could not get access into the property. We were left in the dark late at night (11pm) with nobody to contact. We had to walk to a nearby hotel to ask for assistance. IT was very stressful and frustrating.

The room was quite larger with maximum for 6 persons, and clean. The kitchen equipments were complete. The heater was working well. The bathroom was large and the toilet was comfortable.

Nothing. All was good and satisfying.
