In this case, Sugartop has a shuttle service to quickly whisk you back and forth and give you curb service. Staff are always prompt, courteous and available 24/7. (Busy times can be some weekends, holidays, and summer months when seasonal residents arrive.) When this occurs, guests can always load and unload at the main entrance, and call ahead to the desk to have a shuttle waiting for their departure. Condo is perfect for singles, couple, or families with children over 16 only (and main guest age must be at least 21 year old !) NUMBER OF GUESTS AT CHECK-IN IS STRICTLY MONITORED, ENFORCED AND VERIFIED. ANY VIOLATIONS WILL RESULT IN INSTANT BOOKING CANCELLATION WITH NO REFUND PROVIDED. Ours is a Maytag stacked unit and is located in the hall closet. For backup, you're also just a few steps away from the 9th floor laundry facilities. The trash chute is also just a few steps away, right next to the laundry room. BEDS, BATHS, AND WAY BEYOND: Your comfort is our goal, so we've gone the extra mile to help you get a good night's sleep. Both bedrooms have closets, dressers, nightstands and large windows that allow you to take in those wonderful mountain views! And on the 9th floor, you won't need to draw the blinds for "privacy". Not an issue here (perhaps just for sleeping in)! The bathrooms are convenient to each bedroom and have everything you need to help freshen up or wind down. We provide an initial personal supply of soaps, shampoos and lotions, as well as towels that are sure to enhance your bath experience. MISC: For your convenience, you'll find an iron and ironing board in the guest bedroom closet. A hair dryer can be found in the master bath lavatory cabinet. For those occasional warm summer days we provide ceiling fans in each room. (Air conditioning systems are generally unnecessary, and a rare find in our higher, cooler elevations.) We appreciate safety standarts and comfort of our every guest so that we have a team of professional housekeepers to perform a thorough cleaning and restock items after every stay. NOTE: If you consider a 30+ day stay, please conctact us prior to making a reservation as it is a subject to approval. We are more than welcome to accept longer terms during the low season. THE CITADEL: Just so you are aware, our condo is in the slightly newer Citadel Tower wing. This places it close to the public laundry facilities and trash chute (very convenient) and in a quieter environment. When you exit the main elevator on the 9th floor, you'll turn right and walk to the end of the corridor, then continue on through the door marked "Citadel". Make lasting memories! Come visit the heart of the High Country and take advantage of endless opportunities for fun, entertainment, and just, pure relaxation during fall, winter, spring or summer - Sugar Top always has things to offer for every kind of traveler!

This is the place for you if you enjoy being berated by the property manger by text. If you enjoy finding the info for the WIFI in the book completely wrong and have no response EVER about the correct WiFi settings. If you enjoy arriving to find what you expected from the pictures to be inaccurate. Listing shows nice coffee maker with single cup maker and FREE coffee K-cups, and you find a single pot with MOLDY COFFEE GROUNDS INSIDE, this is your place! How about a broken chair with trash behind it and the patio furniture tipped over on top of the sliding glass door screen then this is the place for you. The listing is INACCURATE so don't expect what you read or see. Here is text from who ever was behind the phone# "As I said once we have open positions for a housekeeping supervisor at our property management firm, we will be more than happy to have your resume to consider. Since you are a guest I suggest that you focus on your vacation and spending good time and let our property management team focus on their responsibilities."

I wish I could attach the communication between myself & the Mgmt company. I have rented through VRBO for years, & a former rental owner myself. I have NEVER experienced such unprofessionalism. I let the company know we checked out a day early, as I thought it was nice to allow more time for their cleaners. I also let them know the washer was broken, the dishwasher full of dishes from prior renter. The recliner broken, master toilet clogged, no soap in bathrooms, deck furniture flipped over on top of a broken screen. They responded defensively stating "the unit was cleaned & checked before we arrived & that furniture was being replaced according to the approved schedule & not after every other guest." I stated that I only let them know bc I did not want to be charged for not washing the towels, not unloading the dishwasher (when we did not use those dishes.), the broken recliner & turned over furniture. (What I failed & should have included, is that I had to remove a prior renter's underwear & clothes from the dryer so I could throw our snow gloves in to dry. Those clothes are laying on the shelf in the laundry room btw. Also, the multiple dental floss picks on the guest bdrm floor. We only had 3 washcloths, there were 4 of us. The other washclothes were dirty laying in the washing machine.) I never asked for a refund or money back, even though I was accused. I was also lectured about being respectful of property. I hope the owner finds a new Mgmt company.

My overall impression of this property is that it over promised and under delivered. When we arrived at the property sometime well after 5 PM, the room was still not clean. I reported that to the property manager and apparently they sent someone who said, “ we will have this cleaned up in a few minutes.” From what I saw, it was going to take more than a few minutes to clean. There were three unmade beds, a backed up toilet, trash, and lots of dirty towels. There were multiple bulbs out and we replaced one ourselves. The washing machine did not work and that would’ve been nice to know also. It might’ve been nice to mention that the fireplace was unusable. 😐 after we returned from dinner, and the unit was assumed cleaned, I pulled back the covers on the master bedroom, and there was blood on the sheets. This is right out of a rental nightmare. I have pictures if you would like to see. None of the linens smelled fresh. One of the chairs in the living room was obviously broken. There was no soap in either of the bathrooms. The master bathroom sink and shower were standing in water indicating an obvious problem with drainage. I’m not confident that all of the burners on the stove worked. If I personally owned this unit, I would be shocked and embarrassed to find my property in this shape.

The view, and bed rest well. Dissatisfied: We didn't have any communication with the owner and was told by the front desk that they had been trying for several days to contact the owners to report a leak and was not able to reach them. I talked with someone the day before because I had not received any information about checking in. I was assured all I needed was my itinerary number and the reservation ID to check in. Unfortunately we weren't even able to get to front desk because we weren't allowed to drive to the Condo without a unit number. We spend at least 1/2 in the parking lot while talking with someone from Expedia trying to help us. The person whom was trying to help me stayed on the line and I am grateful for his patience . with me, but unfortunately we hung up before realizing there was no water in master shower, yet a constant drip in the bath tub throughout our stay. Only 6 wash clothes and 6 towels for4 people for 3 nights and 2 days. no hangers in the master closet to hang clothes, 2 light bulbs not working in guess bed room, water not connected to ice maker so there wasn't any ice for drinks, recliner was broken, receptacle cover was broken in the kitchen, no a/c but asked to keep the windows closed (really) Baloney was nasty and unsafe as the rug was torn and bunched up, phone land line rang during the night waking us up and on top of all the inconvenience and paying for a cleaning service we were asked to wash, dry a towels Really!!!!!!!

The view is breathtaking!! We had a white Christmas, and it was the perfect gift for our son!! The front desk manager, Frank was a joy to work with. He is an asset to the property!! It is not a ski in ski out property but there is a bus that will take you to the ski resort and a shuttle that will take you to the property from your car. The unit was very comfortable and a perfect size for 3 people. Would love to have had a Keurig coffee maker, a gift shop for essential ie decaf coffee, or complimentary coffee in the lobby. The Citadel area has its own elevator close to the unit. A nice added feature. The gas fireplace was locked, and we were unable to use it sadly!! It is a feature in the photos. A huge disappointment! The unit is rented thru a company not an individual and therefore you must wash your towels before leaving. I've never had to do this before. Please see this so you can wash the towels the night before. It was great to get away and have a white Christmas!!
