We met our son, his wife, and their two children who reside in Spokane Valley to celebrate our grandson’s 13th birthday and my husband’s 80th birthday. The house was perfect in every way. The grandchildren loved the beach where they swam, kayaked, and fished. We cooked several delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen and on the grill. There were ample beds, bathrooms, and towels for everyone. The books, games, and ping pong table were also popular. The house is beautifully decorated and very pleasant, and everyone enjoyed spending a week there. The view of the lake from the house is totally breath-taking!

House was very nice, looks bigger in the pictures. Really cool Tram to take you to the lake. only thing bad i would have to say is not really about the house, it was just a tad further than i wanted it to be when we were golfing in Coeur d'Alene so it was a drive going there and back every day but the house was nice.

We had a great time. The lake location was great with a nice bay to launch a boat from the dock. Super nice WELL STOCKED kitchen. If you like to cook, this is the house. The only thing I think we at important to know is 2 bedrooms upstairs don’t share a bathroom. In fact, the one bedroom with 2 queens has no bathroom to use on that floor. You need to access the bathroom 2 floors down, if you want a shower. And that bath is really a laundry room in disguise. We made it work, but if you have multiple couples, it could be a problem. WIFI speed is super slow too.

The home's biggest assets are its stunning views (which are available from every room) and its access to the beach. The accommodations are very clean and comfortable.

This is my 4th time to CDA and I just love it. Maisonette du Luc was perfect for our family. The place was very clean, comfortable and the views are breathtaking. Great place for the family to enjoy the lake life.

Great place to enjoy the beauty of the lake. As a family we spend a lot of time entertaining outdoors during the summer and this is a great house for doing that. A few suggestions to improve the stay for the next family: purchase a new barbecue, the one that is offered has at least one burner that is rusted out and is generally a very low end unit to start with. After the amount of money we paid for our 3 week stay you can afford the upgrade. It is obvious the home has a nice sound system. A explanation of its operation along with the multiple televisions that are in the house would be helpful.,

We had a fabulous time at Maison du Lac this past week. The lake is less busy than other lakes on Coeur d'Alene, and the view is particularly beautiful. The lakehouse was everything we could have wanted, and we would like to return next year. Following is a list of items that may need to be fixed/replaced. This is NOT a negative about the lakehouse. The slider screen does not slide as it should. The coffee pot worked the first day but not after that. The table chairs may need to be looked at closely as some of the legs are separating, which is an accident waiting to happen. Finally, the check-in would have been better if we had had the lockbox codes to access the tram key. Our son brought his boat and was stranded until we could get the code, which took a bit of time. Again, please do NOT view these as negatives. I know I would appreciate knowing areas of concern if I were the owner. Thank you for sharing your wonderful lakehouse.
