The house was welcoming and nicely furnished. Big kitchen where we all helped to make meals. Nice dining area for us to sit and visit. Two things that would have been nice to have, instructions on how to work the TV and more chairs that could have been pulled up to the dining table. We were so impressed with the the rental agent who responded so quickly with our every question or request.

The house and area was very nice. Communications and understanding of Rental Agent was not as approving and at times difficult.

Arrived at the property the lock code that was sent to me didn’t work. Had to call to get another lock code but almost didn’t get it cause service was horrible. Finally got in it was so hot. (If you all knew people were arriving then why not have the air on atlas’s 6 hours so home could cool down it’s summer time)Upstairs shower was not working properly so everyone had to take a shower down stairs. Have asthma and couldn’t adjust the air because of the smart meter that is in the home. Called to see if someone could adjust it to at least 70 but no one answered on numerous call attempts. The floor boards on the upstairs patio are old and very weak in certain spots. Was super scared to walk on them. Refrigerator didn’t get cold until the second day there in the afternoon. So majority of the food I had that is supposed to stay cold didn’t ended up having to go buy more food. Ice maker didn’t work was forced to buy ice. Had one ice tray. No supplies to clean the kitchen or wash the towels so had to go buy Clorox and washing powder along with dish detergent and dishwasher pods. No towels to even wash dishes so I had to buy some just to clean the dishes that didn’t fit in the dishwasher and to wipe down the cabinets. Couldn’t host party on fear that someone would fall thru the balcony upstairs. Totally cancelled it. Other than that it’s a good spot to fish.

The property wasn't worth the cost of the stay. The pictures made the space look more appealing than it was. The furniture is old, the beds look like cots, the tvs are miniature, the blinds were crooked looking, the master bedroom tub was sanitary imo, one of the rooms lights wasn't working, the closet doors were flimsy and to top it off I had to kill roaches. I requested a refund with the host, but they didn't return my msgs in regards to me being unsatisfied with my stay. And when they did msg me back...they never addressed any of my concerns instead they asked me to put their trash and on the curb since it was "Trash Day". -5 stars. I DO NOT recommend

Besides having our family under one roof that was really the only positive. When we checked in we had no toilet paper in any of the bathrooms or towels, some lights didn’t work, Or master ceiling fan. We spent the first part of our trip buying toilet paper, and towels so everyone could shower( eventually someone opened the dryer and found some towels). Not enough for a family of 11. The house is very dated and in need of repair. The vacation company asked if I could repair what was broken the they could reimburse me. Yes I brought an electrician on the trip (insert sarcastic tone here). Kitchen supplies not in good working order. Crock pot didn’t work. I had to go buy two of those. Griddle and pans warped and barely Useable. Pool listed as an amenity of the property. I received a text that the pool could be used for $100 for the week. So not really an amenity. TV’s didn’t have any channels except streaming from your own devices. A booklet of how to work things in the house would have been nice. So much junk in the grill, that when we tried t grill it was so hot it burned everything. Besides the master bedroom the beds were terrible. The queen bed was nothing more than a hotel rollaway bed, the two twin beds were very thin mattresses as well. Under the carport the bottom level had exposed beams and insulation falling down. This didn’t really make me feel confident that we weren’t going to fall through the floor. This was our first VRBO and I wasn’t impressed.
