Was mostly what we expected. Not happy with the air…seemed like we were controlled with pre set eco settings and we could never quite figure it out. Our guests were complaining.

We stayed here for three nights on our road trip. Wonderful home, plenty of room for everyone. Well appointed kitchen and lots of towels in the bathroom.

We spent 4 days/three nights here. Even though we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor amenities, would consider returning just to relax and enjoy. All indoor activities/amenities were available in abundance and there wasn’t a detail overlooked. Thanks for your hospitality!

This was the nicest and most accommodating stay! We loved it for our wedding weekend! The only negative thing even worth mentioning was the neighbors barking dog. Almost all night and super early morning. Even after everyone had gone to bed. Apart from that, this was absolutely wonderful!

The inside of the property is wonderful as well as the backyard patio. The "feel" of the house is very comfortable and homey. The rooms are well outfitted and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of cookware and even some spices, oil and such. It was very nice to cook in. Now be aware, you want to arrive at the property in the daylight. The house is in a more "remote" section of Steiner Ranch and we had difficulty finding the house in the dark as there are no lights on the house number. I called the contact number on the VRBO information and did not get a response, but we finally stumbled across the house. The neighborhood is not as well lit and homogeneously developed as I had anticipated. Once you're in the house, that didn't really matter, just something I wish I was aware of in advance.

This property is exactly as advertised! It’s super close to Mary Quinlan Park and a boat ramp for Lake Austin. Ramps for Lake Travis are a quick drive across the dam as well. The property is clean and easy to get to with plenty of parking. Everything in the house is clearly labeled as well. Overall, a great place to comfortably sleep 8-10 adults.

Absolutely comfy!!! Had a girls weekend and the exceeded our needs. I had to reach out to see if they would allow more guests to have dinner there, and they quickly got back to us and said it would be ok. The house was fully and fabulously furnished, including waffle robes and plenty of blankets. Both the fire place and fire pits were nice added touches. The drive is nice heading that way...Would definitely stay again!!

We highly recommend! Very High quality + owner thought of every convenience we might have wanted. Perfect floor plan ~ master suite on main, "Jack n Jill" 2 bedrooms w/ shared bath and 1 bedroom/bath suite plus family room on second floor. A nice surprise were the hiking trails located throughout the community. Please consider this property for your Austin visit ~ you will be delighted!
