Breakfast excellent. Central location just off the historic city centre, but v quiet.

Room was described as "cosy" - but even so no cupboard space. Luckily we travel light! We reported that the wifi had gone down the first evening. Staff tried to get it started but it wasn't working on our second evening. Not a major problem, though.

Perfect location, in the historic center. Very clean and big enough room and bathroom.

It was cold at night, 6-7 degree celcius. The heating wasn't on.

Great location, next to Kammenstraat and Nationalestraat (city landmarks). Staff was kind and accommodating.

Room wasn't soundproof. Understandable for a period building, but something to be improved considering the price I paid. Nearby parking Zuiderterras turned out to be more than EUR 20 as suggested by staff. Breakfast options very expensive.

De locatie is perfect, goed bed.

The breakfast was superb. There's a terrace on the streetside with sun!

Our room on the 4th floor (attick) was way too warm. The blower made to much noise. The small top swing window was to small to vent it properly. Also, the size of the room and bathroom was just way too small. There was a smell of sewer and the fact that there's a huge building site next to the hotel, didn't allow us to sleep late either.

Clean bed.

Very expensive for a hotel next to a hole in the ground of a renovation site. For price paid I expected air con and a fridge. There was no space in the room and nothing except for a chair and a bed! Difficult to wash your hands using little liquid soap in a tub (same thing applied to shower). So easy to install a soap dispenser for soap at sink and shower!

The beds were very comfortable and the location was great.

There was no a/c in the room other than that it was good.

Really central location, with a nice square up front. Hotel was quite and very clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

Without AC the room can get quite hot in summer.

Staff were wonderful, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The location is excellent, nice little square with a few bars and shops on it, the Grote Markt is only a 6-7 minute walk away. We had breakfast in the cafe each morning, very pleasant.
