All of the mattress ,beds and couches were purchased in 2023. The entire property is fenced except for the water side. This location is prime for kayaks, paddle boarding or jet skis. This is located 4.1 miles from downtown and located super close to going up in the river for all the prime water and wake boarding. You can get to all of the lake front restaurants by boat if you want. There are a total of 8 super comfortable foam queen mattress. Lots of good fishing from your private pier and also the HOA pier and boat ramp are next door one house down. There is a paddleboat, one double canoe 6 single kayaks and one double kayak and one canoe at the property, but life jackets must be worn when in use at all times.
