You'll find 2 Sofa beds in the living room which can accommodate additional guests. Get ready in our 2 BATHROOMS. We provide you with a hairdryer, towels, and complimentary toiletries. Keep your clothes clean, courtesy of the in-suite washer and dryer. After golfing at one of the two championship golf courses, retreat to our spacious, air-conditioned LIVING SPACE. Curl up on the sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on our cable TV or watch your favorite movie with our DVD player. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi. In the KITCHEN you'll find a microwave and a full refrigerator. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Lake Geneva Resort where our villa is conveniently located. These include fitness center access, the games room, the on-site spa, the shared indoor and outdoor hot tubs, the shared indoor and outdoor pools, and more! Pick up a wristband from the Grand Geneva Front Desk and enjoy access to the Timbers Waterpark for $25-$35 (subject to availability). If you’re traveling by car, we’ve got you covered with FREE parking on-site! LOCAL FAVORITES If you don't feel like cooking, our favorite breakfast place is Great Eggs, just a 7 minute drive away and right on the water! Check out the Lake Geneva museum, where you can explore interactive exhibits within the historic waterworks building. Go ziplining and walking in the treetops with Lake Geneva Canopy Tours, only a 7 minute drive away. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: • Please note that this unit consists of two adjoining units • Hot tub closed in winter, reopens on Memorial Day • Unfortunately, your furry best friend will have to sit this one out as pets are not allowed in this unit • Complimentary cribs and high chairs are available upon request. Please note that these items are on a first-come, first-served basis at the time of check-in and are not placed in the unit beforehand • Pick up a wristband from the Grand Geneva Front Desk and enjoy access to the Timbers Waterpark for $25-$35. Please note that access to the waterpark may not be available during some holidays and is always based on availability (all guests over 12 months old must have a wristband) • If you’re travelling by car, we’ve got you covered with FREE parking on-site! • Upon arrival, you will be asked for a refundable damage deposit of $115 that will be returned provided there is no damage or additional cleaning required • The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! Great place, great location! When we needed to make changes to reservation, it was hard to track down who could help, but once in contact with them, it was smooth sailing. Pullout couch sheets hadn’t been cleaned, but didn’t appear used. Just crumbs from the couch it seemed. Otherwise a great place!

The spacious and well equipped condo was very clean and up to date. Beds were very comfortable. Our only negative was the elevator was very dirty and in need of repair. It felt and sounded like it would break down at any moment. The on premise restaurants are bar were very good and convenient. We would book again.

I rented a 2 bedroom villa with a pull out couch according to the online listing. It's not a 2bdrm - its 2 - ONE bedroom rooms with an adjoining door. The pull out couch mattress is thin & very uncomfortable. We rented this for family to stay after a wedding. Signage on the buildings is terrible- good luck finding where your room is so you can somewhat park near it. Only positive - check in was easy and It was clean.

Nice size for for family with children. We rented two rooms that joined and had lots of space for all of us, cribs, pack n plays, n toys. Property staff checked in with us right away and we’re very welcoming and helpful Definetly would stay here again
