There were not enough cleaning amenities (toilet paper, dish washing soap, trash bags, toilet amenities...); the key for accessing the swimming pool was not provided; the TV channels didn't work; the Wifi connection was too weak.

unfortunately we didn’t have a key to access the pools

The host couldn't have been better. We left an expensive watch in the room and he went straight away to find it. Good sized bedrooms, private balcony, modern bathroom, very clean, kitchen has everything you need, nice pools, great location.

Could do with an extra set of keys, was awkward with 5 adults having only one set. Pool key had been lost by previous guests so had to share with another apartment.

the property was well kept and clean. It had plenty of beds for a family and the location was convenient, it had a supermarket and plenty of restaurants walking distance.

The apartment is on a duplex’s upper floor so climbing the stairs with luggage was a workout in its own. There was no AC nor fans to cool down.
