Not worth the money we paid!
The setting is very nice. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful landscape. The Zarb dinner where they put the food under the ground and let it cook for hours is delicious.
It is not worth the price! The price is high even if you stay at a nice clean dome, but the experience could potentially justify the cost. In our case, our dome was dusty and there was light pollution so we did not get the nice experience. After waiting for a while, we tried to inform the staff to turn off the lights but did not find anyone at the reception area. The next morning when we complained about our stay, the manager gave us two bottles of water for free! I think they should use motion detector lights instead. The outdoor dinner area was dark so you could not see what you were eating. Instead of making the dinner area light and the tents area dark, they did it backwards.

THE PLACE TO BE IN WADI RUM
Aladdin camp is always a blast! came back here for the second time in one month! the driver was punctually waiting at the pick up zone, the check in went smooth and fast, the room comfortable and with all the amenities! run a 4 hours excursion with the guide (Turkey), he was great! meals are stunning, both dinner and breakfast are fresh and generous in portions! the camp has a lovely vibe thanks to the great staff, from drivers to chefs to guides and managers! thank you Mohammed for having me there again!! i'll be back again!!

Overhyped place.
Awesome location. Got the dome tent at the end of the property.
The glass on the dome was dirty. The sole purpose of the glass dome is to have a great view. Dinner and the breakfast was okay. We paid for the jeep tour and was given a ride in an extremely dirty and raggedy truck. And we believe all the sights listed for the 3 hour we paid for was not covered. Regardless it was a unique experience.

For the price we would have expected more
The experience itself to sleep in a Bubble tent Is recommended. We were assigned one assigned in the front row with wonderful view on the mountains and desert.
In general we had the feeling of having dollar signs written all over our faces. When we arrived the tent was hot, there must have been at least 40 degrees C° (November), it was better outside. Sure you can cool down with air conditioning which takes less than 1 hour to get a decent temperature to be in the bubble. It would have been nice to have two chairs and a sun umbrella on the terrace so you can enjoy the view during the day without melting in the sun. The plexiglass windows from inside the bubble are fairly ruined and/or dirty, so don't expect to enjoy the view of the stars right from the bed, you have to go out on the terrace in the evening and enjoy it by standing. Also, the generator (so no electricity) has been turned off from 10AM until 2PM (we are not sure if this is a daily practice) it is probably done on purpose as they assume the customer will spend more money on one of their proposed trips. Be aware that your items will be very hot when you return. Only one shower towel per person is provided; there are no hand towels or place to hang them in the bathroom. Since this is a tent that is not connected to a sewage system, be aware that an unpleasant odor may come out of the shower. The entire tent is poorly built and also poorly kept. The dinner is quite varied and good, however the breakfast is quite pitiful, of dessert there was only slices of cake with jam. Cleanliness in general is quite poor: starting with the cutlery and plates at the buffet often dirty and cleaned with approximation, the outside common area was also poorly kept with plastic pieces and other items scattered on chairs and sand, cigarette butts from previous guests on the tables, and even the seats were quite filthy. The surprising thing is that the staff is sitting on the bench h24 instead of trying to clean or fix broken things.... Summary: A 5-star location but 1-star management

Experiencia fantástica en Aladdin Camp
Las instalaciones compartidas
Nos dieron un precio por whatsapp para el paseo en globo y el dia que llegamos nos dijeron que el precio no era el actual. Fue un poco incomodo.

Beautiful sights, unreal landscapes, comfortable glamping but wouldn’t consider it luxurious.
Easy pick up and drop off service, good breakfast and dinner, location was nice and option to do tours made the stay simpler.
You’re sold a luxurious glamping bubble, but I would remove the word “luxurious”. The views of the stars at night was spoiled by other bubbles not turning off their lights (the one next to us wasn’t occupied and the lights were always on) and that is the main appeal of spending more money on the bubble instead of a 20 JOD star gazing tour per person. The windows were also dirty which also ruins the views a bit. Public bathrooms were gross, was not clean at all. Some of the cutlery at breakfast and dinner wasn’t clean either. There was loud DJ music right after dinner, so if you think you’re going to relax and switch off in a peaceful environment then you might need to consider this!
