The setting is very nice. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful landscape.
The Zarb dinner where they put the food under the ground and let it cook for hours is delicious.
It is not worth the price! The price is high even if you stay at a nice clean dome, but the experience could potentially justify the cost. In our case, our dome was dusty and there was light pollution so we did not get the nice experience.
After waiting for a while, we tried to inform the staff to turn off the lights but did not find anyone at the reception area. The next morning when we complained about our stay, the manager gave us two bottles of water for free! I think they should use motion detector lights instead.
The outdoor dinner area was dark so you could not see what you were eating. Instead of making the dinner area light and the tents area dark, they did it backwards.

Aladdin camp is always a blast! came back here for the second time in one month! the driver was punctually waiting at the pick up zone, the check in went smooth and fast, the room comfortable and with all the amenities! run a 4 hours excursion with the guide (Turkey), he was great! meals are stunning, both dinner and breakfast are fresh and generous in portions! the camp has a lovely vibe thanks to the great staff, from drivers to chefs to guides and managers! thank you Mohammed for having me there again!! i'll be back again!!

Awesome location. Got the dome tent at the end of the property.
The glass on the dome was dirty. The sole purpose of the glass dome is to have a great view. Dinner and the breakfast was okay. We paid for the jeep tour and was given a ride in an extremely dirty and raggedy truck. And we believe all the sights listed for the 3 hour we paid for was not covered. Regardless it was a unique experience.

The experience itself to sleep in a Bubble tent Is recommended. We were assigned one assigned in the front row with wonderful view on the mountains and desert.
In general we had the feeling of having dollar signs written all over our faces.
When we arrived the tent was hot, there must have been at least 40 degrees C° (November), it was better outside. Sure you can cool down with air conditioning which takes less than 1 hour to get a decent temperature to be in the bubble. It would have been nice to have two chairs and a sun umbrella on the terrace so you can enjoy the view during the day without melting in the sun. The plexiglass windows from inside the bubble are fairly ruined and/or dirty, so don't expect to enjoy the view of the stars right from the bed, you have to go out on the terrace in the evening and enjoy it by standing. Also, the generator (so no electricity) has been turned off from 10AM until 2PM (we are not sure if this is a daily practice) it is probably done on purpose as they assume the customer will spend more money on one of their proposed trips. Be aware that your items will be very hot when you return.
Only one shower towel per person is provided; there are no hand towels or place to hang them in the bathroom. Since this is a tent that is not connected to a sewage system, be aware that an unpleasant odor may come out of the shower. The entire tent is poorly built and also poorly kept.
The dinner is quite varied and good, however the breakfast is quite pitiful, of dessert there was only slices of cake with jam.
Cleanliness in general is quite poor: starting with the cutlery and plates at the buffet often dirty and cleaned with approximation, the outside common area was also poorly kept with plastic pieces and other items scattered on chairs and sand, cigarette butts from previous guests on the tables, and even the seats were quite filthy. The surprising thing is that the staff is sitting on the bench h24 instead of trying to clean or fix broken things....
Summary: A 5-star location but 1-star management

Las instalaciones compartidas
Nos dieron un precio por whatsapp para el paseo en globo y el dia que llegamos nos dijeron que el precio no era el actual. Fue un poco incomodo.

Easy pick up and drop off service, good breakfast and dinner, location was nice and option to do tours made the stay simpler.
You’re sold a luxurious glamping bubble, but I would remove the word “luxurious”. The views of the stars at night was spoiled by other bubbles not turning off their lights (the one next to us wasn’t occupied and the lights were always on) and that is the main appeal of spending more money on the bubble instead of a 20 JOD star gazing tour per person. The windows were also dirty which also ruins the views a bit. Public bathrooms were gross, was not clean at all. Some of the cutlery at breakfast and dinner wasn’t clean either. There was loud DJ music right after dinner, so if you think you’re going to relax and switch off in a peaceful environment then you might need to consider this!

The location was great and they offered a great range of activities.
1. Lack of attention to detail: our shower in the room was broken, rooms looked outdated, knifes and forks were not offered for one of the dinners.
2. Expensive: you have to pay for all drinks at the camp including water, there is no complimentary water in the rooms. We highly recommend bringing water with you as this easily racks up a bill.
There is also nothing to do at the camp unless you have booked activities which can get expensive so make sure this is accounted for in your budget. Also to be clear there is no Wi-Fi available, not that it’s an issue but perhaps it could be clearer.

The staff are very helpful and the manager went out of his way to arrange for any extra service we asked for. The dessert ride was the highlight of our stay because the choice of driver the manager made was exactly what we needed. Thank you Aladdin camp.

Location is secluded so able to see the stars on a moonless night. Surrounded by mountains giving it a beautiful view. Food at the buffet was decent.
1. Water (or any kind of drinks) was not included with the buffet (except for tea/coffee with breakfast). You assume that you will have water with your food at an open buffet especially in the desert, but no. You are forced to buy it for 2jd/bottle.
2. You have to park and be picked up from the parking spot and if you want to leave before your checkout you have to pay extra
3. The jeep tour was not great, our guide barely gave out any information and didn't speak much English. The views were amazing but that's because the desert is beautiful
4. The bubbles were dirty and you couldn't really see anything if you open the curtains. Useless since we overpaid to stay at the bubbles
5. The rooms looked dirty and for the price definitely subpar
6. No cellphone service or wifi. Understandable since it's secluded but a lot of other camps have service
Not sure how this place got so many good reviews. Our experience was bad and we felt trapped since the only place to get water was to buy it at the camp. I have stayed in wadi rum before at another camp for cheaper and this is not how it's supposed to be.

Super clean, easy to access, has all you need and more. Diverse group of guests, welcoming to people from all backgrounds, ethnicities and you’d feel home. Nice chill night vibes and great great food.

Amazing building and the private bubbles were incredible. Great location, being slightly inside Wadi Rum itself and a away from the main road is an absolute bonus. Food was very well made both breakfast and dinner. Very friendly staff and accommodating
Limited drink options but considering where you are it is understandable. On the whole nothing to really complain about

The payment method should be upgraded for online payment.

We spend 2 nights in one of the bubbles. Is was a great experience, especially since we booked one with extended plexiglas (most of them only have on Front but aladdin has until the roof).
Contact in advance and Pick up from the parking worked perfect.
Dinnershow 8:15pm And dinner 8:30 was Nice.
One evening was without Music (friday), one with quite loud Disco Music with a dj (starts 9:30 so u might still be eating). We didn't mind but we found it kind of funny in the middle of the dessert..... but it seems to be quite Common.
We didnt do a tour with them.
Going back to the parking place outside the camp took a while since many people left and they had limited number of cars.
I read in other reviews that they have been very pushy to book a tour wirh them. This was not the case at all with us.
All in all we enjoyed our stay
No Place to put towels.
Room has not been cleaned (we didnt mind and didnt request)
Spicy food should be marked
The second day (Lots of guests compared to the first day) Things were out for breakfast but they refilled it quickly on request.

The Driver and the reception guy were helpful
Where to start ?! this place was incredibly disappointing, the dome was dirty and the glass needed intensive cleaning and no one cleaned it till i left the camp!! the camp shuts the generator off daily at 10 am to 4 pm !! in the middle of the desert!! the food was more like a cafeteria food than an actual buffet!! i couldn’t even spend more than one night in this place!

Location-deep in the desert, not by the road.
Very welcoming staff.
We booked Panoramic Dome which was great choice.
Plenty of sctivities to choose during the day and DJ party at night after dinnew was great experience.
The Dome should be airconditioned when we called we are coming.

Location, dinner & breakfast were recommendable...
Property has got aesome views within, and surroundings
Room/tent temperature was too high, without AC turned ON prior to check out..
It took 2-3 hours to cool down the temperature to room ambient temp.
Our arrival was informed 3-4 hours ahead.

A truly magical experience that you have to try!
The location is incredible! Unlike many other camps that are close to the main road this one is in the middle of nothing. You have to leave your car in the parking and they take your deep in the desert (5 mins) where there is nothing around. The camp is between 2 rocks , you feel like you are in a movie, thr whole camp site is out of a fairy tale, so unique. My favourite was the center area with circle seating, hanging chairs, rocks all around.
We went on a Friday on purpose as we know Thursday, Friday is party night. Our expectations were low after a few evening programs in other hotels but oh well it was AMAZING! Live dj with a big bass , international and local party hits , everyone emjoying shisha the mood was fantastic , one of the most unique experiemces we had the whole trip.( the camp that night had 99% guests from the neighbouring countries so it was a real cultural experience!
Dinner was Zarb dinner, underground cooking amd was great, breakfast could have been better with more international options.
The dome was nice with fantastic views though windows are dirty from sand so you cant see out much.
4 hour jeep safati tour was really nice! We had the best car with shadow and seating facing the road.
From what i saw mosr pple come here for 1 night and that’s perfectly enough.
Staff was supernice.
Breakfast could be improved , dome windows could be cleaned.
Water pressure is low but we are in the middle of the desert so it s normal
No internet but didn’t miss it for a second

The camp was generally very nice and the outside places around the fire at night are lovely. Wadi Rum.
The martian domes need a bit of renovation and attention. For 200e/night they are pricy for what you get.

it was good but overpriced. had to pay extra for kid
had to pay too much and overpriced. they didn’t allow a small kid even though they had an extra bed

location and views are world class
shower and communication to come and go to the camp via WhatsApp is sketchy

We absolutely loved our stay! I highly recommend. We were very warmly welcomed. The staff was incredibly hospitable and went out of their way to make our stay so memorable, we had such a fun time staying here. We went for the jeep ride as well, and it was a really cool experience. Definitely go for it!
The location is very well picked - the main area is in the middle of these rock formations and if it is hotter time of day and still want to be outside then you can find neat spots in the formations to be in the shadow. The place is beautifully decorated and very clean. The food was great and the selection so wide.
I have only positive emotions and feedback. Huge thank you to Mohammed, the owner of the place and to the whole staff!
