La casa ha superato le mie aspettative: è spaziosa, accogliente e dotata di una cucina ben fornita, i letti e il divano letto sono molto comodi e rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Ho apprezzato particolarmente anche lo spazio esterno, molto carino e appartato, attrezzato con tavolo, sedie e una piacevole zona relax. Il proprietario è stato davvero disponibile e attento: nonostante il self check-in, si è sempre dimostrato presente e pronto a rispondere ad eventuali esigenze. Infine, la posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza della struttura in quanto si trova a pochi passi dal centro storico.
Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, che consiglio assolutamente!

- L'appartement ne donnant pas sur la rue, il est coupé de l'agitation de la rue. Il est donc très calme.
- L'appartement est propre.
- L'espace extérieur est aussi un plus.
- Commerces alimentaires à proximité.
- Coeur de ville à un peu plus d'une dizaine minutes à pied.
- La cuisine est en apparence très agréable par sa superficie, mais elle n'est pas assez équipée.. Il manque pas mal d'ustensiles et de vaisselle de base pour cuisiner.
- L''espace nuit à l'étage ne nous a pas convaincu: le lit n'est pas bien dimensioné pour l'espace ( trop grand) empechant de circuler convenablement. De plus, il.fait trop chaud en haut et le ventilateur n'a pas suffit à rafraichir l'espace, car pas de ventilation suffisante (pas de fenetre sur l'exterieur).
- En fait, il n'y a qu'une seule chambre véritable dans cet appartement. La deuxieme chambre est le salon avec un canapé convertible.
- Impossible de se garer dans la rue, le parking payant est indispensable.

The apartment is located a 10-minute walk from the old town, where we visited the most important tourist attractions. In the immediate vicinity there are local taverns, restaurants for authentic food or good ice cream (we enjoyed the one at Gentile, we recommend it). About the apartment - clean, with comfortable sleeping space for 5 people. Enough cutlery in the kitchen. Breakfast that is included is minimal - tea/coffee/milk/jam/something from rolls. something like that. So, don't have any expectations here. We didn't have any, so it didn't affect us :) What wasn't ok, we communicated directly to the host and it was resolved immediately. It's nice to always be in touch with the host. Thank you. By the way, what I liked was that I found some hygiene products in the bathroom (soap, shower gel in a sachet, few vanity sets) We used almost everything :)
It's not that we didn't like it, but I'm writing for those who can't understand from the photos. The apartment is on the ground floor, the main room has no window and there is almost no natural light... There is an exit to the terrace, which is a big plus - especially for the warm period! We were there in the colder period and couldn't use the terrace.... but it looks good! Otherwise, a normal apartment, with the bare necessities for a pleasant stay.

the inner courtyard is nice to have
the rooms are actually connected - if somebody snores or wakes up early, everyone will hear
the above bedroom has no windows & feels like an attic
there are very few windows, so the overall atmosphere becomes heavy
the check in & check out hours are very strict - we asked for an 1h earlier check-in (normally at 15.30 in the afternoon) and were declined, we also asked for a later check-out (should have had a second night stay) and we're denied
the cleaning lady almost kicked us out in the morning, practically waiting by the door for us to leave
depending on the season, be prepared for mosquitos in the courtyard
