No view to the lake of Pamvotis. Luck off parking nearby the apartment.

The apartment is very cozy and clean. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood where it is easy to park in the street and it had everything that we needed during our stay. I particularly appreciated the kind attention of the owner, Eleni, who treated us with some local products and gave us very useful tips about delicious tavernas in the city center.

If you do not wish drive around, getting to the city center requires a 30-minute walk, so this is something to take in mind when planning one's activities during the day.

The apart (4th floor) was spotless, modern, very well kept (everything seemed new), over-equipped, very functional and with a decoration aimed to make you relax. The view from the terrace to the lake was beautiful. The location is perfect if you have a car (easy parking on the street), in 5 minutes you are in the center where you find parkings available free or at very reasonable price (5 € for unlimited time). But the best part is the welcome by the host, Eleni, so polite, so passionate about her town, Ioannina, with advice on the sites to see, the best places to eat and ready to answer all your questions. And in the best Greek traditions sweets, wine and tsipouro were on offer upon arrival. Thank you Eleni, we enjoyed our stay very, very much.
