Really interesting Hotel with a unique design. Rooms are spacious and clean, stuff really helpful.
It’s a little deeper from the main road and 15 minutes walk from MTR station. Getting to the hotel even by taxi can take a little bit during high traffic hours. Breakfast could have more variety and more “warm” ingredients like eggs.

The staff was super friendly. It’s super convenient that they have a bar and kitchen. I did not take advantage of the food but as I passed by it smelled good and it seems though many people were eating.
Convenient at 7-11 is right next-door.
Also laundry company is attached to the building at the bottom, my whole suitcase was dirty I dropped it off came back in a few hours and they charged me ฿200 to wash and fold .
I could smell cigarettes coming through the vents in the morning. In the showerhead could use a deep cleaning.

It is a particular hotel where if you like to stay in a different place you’ll find it very artistic. Staff were polite and professional…the manager on duty had no idea how to handle complaint.
We arrived very late at night and we found the floor of our room so dirty that we felt the grease sticking under our shoes. It was that dirty you could feel was not cleaned from weeks. Coffee stains, chewing-gum, dirty marks all over the floor…Asian countries are known for leaving shoes outside, so obviously this was too much disgust to do.
We woke up in the morning, and as understanding guests, we spoke and showed the pictures to the manager on duty. Without saying the obvious “sorry for the inconvenience”, he just washed his hand asking if we would the room changed. We said there was no need as we were going out so packing again our luggage was not in our mood, so we just asked him to use hot water, mop and detergent to make sure the floor was cleaned on our return in the evening. We were shocked to see the floor was not even brushed when we came back.
Funny thing in the room there is a laminated welcoming message from the general manager, Mr Chanan Utaipat, saying: “…your personal satisfaction is our foremost priority…”
