great apartment in a great location

15€ extra per person for towels would have added 75€to our stay. it would be really great to provide bath towels in the price of the stay. they don’t need to be fancy.

No wi-fi. It was stated in description, but still... Trash bins were not emptied during the whole stay (4 days)

Very clean, in the city center. Good stay for 6 people.

After booking the appartment and instantly paying full price, host called us to tell us an extra 80 eur cash for cleaning is required at check-in plus extra 10 eur cash per each towel, even though this was not mentioned anywhere on booking and in any case should have been included in the shown price, not asking for cash at property. Tips for host: there is a lack of transparency in the costs that should be changed if they want to offer a fair experience in the future. All costs should appear on booking when choosing the property, because this obviously significantly impacts the choice, otherwise you feel fooled in the end that maybe you’d have chosen differently if you had all the facts (i.e. implied costs).
