Great location and rooms were clean
The pool was out of commission due to another guest getting sick in pool door to excessive drinking, I’m not sure how staff couldn’t tell that a guest was that inebriated, my granddaughter was very disappointed, the guest responsible should cover our stay at least for one of the nights, we ended up just letting her play on patio fora bit until we stepped on a large shard of glass, after looking around we found a few pieces and gave them to desk staff who didn’t seem concerned

Colourful and clean
I won’t say who but one of the staff I found rude…. Customer service not at the forefront, on asking to see the wine I have chosen by looking at the bottle the person said I have to hold the bottle not you!! I’m a paying guest so to think I would run off with what was 1/4 bottle of wine left is a joke !!! RUDE
