Our flight arrived very late, around 2 a.m., so one of our main priorities was finding accommodation with an easy and convenient self-check-in. Everything worked perfectly. We received very clear instructions on how to enter the building and access the apartment, even at such a late hour. We also arranged airport transportation with the host in advance, which made our arrival even easier and more comfortable.
We stayed in Bari for just one full day, but the location was perfect for exploring the city. In the morning, we took a bus to the beach and walked back, which was very convenient. In the evening, we walked to the old town. The train station was only about a 3-minute walk away, and the train to the airport was extremely convenient for our departure.
Although the apartment is close to the station, the neighborhood itself is clean, pleasant, and well maintained. The main station building is further away, so we didn’t see any of the mess or crowds that you might expect around a busy station. We also felt completely safe walking around at night - the streets were well lit, clean, and peaceful.
The apartment looks exactly like the photos or even better! The balcony is small, but very cozy. The bed is a comfortable double bed without a divider in the middle, which is perfect for a couple. There were several pillows to choose from, so we could find the ones that were most comfortable for us. The air conditioning worked perfectly.
We had read some reviews mentioning noise from the trains, but honestly, we didn’t find this to be an issue at all. The trains don’t run that frequently, and we barely noticed them. In fact, looking out from the balcony at the railway tracks somehow reminded us how wonderful it is to travel.
We were also very impressed by all the thoughtful extras. There was a kettle, coffee machine, coffee, tea, sugar, cereal, pastries, jam, Nutella and more. The fridge was stocked with milk, water, and other drinks.

The location is good, close to the train station and bus station, maximum 10 min walk. The room is very clean and spacious. There are also small snacks for breakfast (Italian style), water, milk and juices.

1. Located near Bari Centrale station, suitable for quick transit.
2. The room is cozy and modern.
1. Misleading Luggage Service: Booking.com listed luggage storage, but upon arrival, the cleaner refused to store our luggage and told us to return after 14:00 to check in.
2. Location & Access: The guesthouse is actually a distance from the main station entrance and difficult to find. Furthermore, the area around the street is quiet and deserted especially at night.
Safety Issue: Entering required three sets of security codes (building main door, main unit door, and room key box). Despite these security layers, strangers knocked on our room door late at night and tried to turn the door handle. When I shouted from inside, a man said "sorry" and left with another person. The host claimed it was a food delivery driver, but it remains concerning how unauthorized people bypassed multiple code-locked doors and attempted to open a private room.
3. Hygiene Issues: The duvet smelled musty/mouldy, and the bed felt dirty—both my friend and I suffered itchy arms and legs after using it.
