The apartment itself was comfortable, clean and very conveniently located, very close to the Mountain Resort. We specifically wanted an apartment with a kitchen, and in this respect it met our expectations perfectly. The location was definitely one of the biggest advantages of our stay.
Unfortunately, several things significantly affected our overall experience. The lock to the ski/bike storage room was broken and very difficult to use. The sauna and jacuzzi were not working, and some of the lockers in the wellness area were also broken, despite these facilities being advertised as available.
The TV did not work either, and there were no clear instructions on how to use it.
What disappointed us most was the situation with our luggage after check-out. Before our stay, we specifically asked whether we could leave our luggage somewhere safely until around 3 PM. We were told that this would be possible, and this was one of the reasons we decided to keep the reservation. However, only on the last day we received a message saying that our luggage could not be stored and that we could leave it in the ski/bike room instead. As our luggage contained an expensive laptop, tablets and other valuable belongings, this was not a suitable or secure solution. Had we been informed about this in advance, I would have chosen another hotel.
Also, considering that the property is presented as a four-star accommodation, the amenities were very limited. There was only soap — no shampoo or shower gel. There was no tea, coffee or even complimentary water in the apartment, and there is no reception. Overall, the apartment itself was good, but the service and advertised facilities did not meet our expectations for a four-star property.

Plusem był niewielki balkon i duże okna.
Nie podobało mi się od pierwszego dnia pobytu halas dochodzący z dworu, pierwszy dzień impreza do 24 na działce obok, przez kolejne dni hałasy z sąsiednich posesji. Również wielkim minusem są odgłosy dochodzące z apartamentu powyżej dokładnie odgłosy chodzenia i skakania przez dzieci. Niby piszą na obiekcie strefa ciszy, a o ciszy można zapomnieć. Nie jest to miejsce do odpoczynku. Pokój zabaw dla dzieci wielkości schowka na szczotki. Dodatkowym rozczarowaniem był brak jednego prześcieradła. Największym minusem jest palenie w kominach i wieczorny smog w sierpniu. Wieczorem nie można otworzyć okna.
