A nice place for a very reasonable price. It totally lived up to my expectations.
The soundproofing is terrible, but that's to be expected. There isn't any decent soap or shampoo, but there's a 7-Eleven within walking distance where you can buy everything you need.

Breakfast was basic. Toast and coffee and some cereals. I loved the setting next to the canal, watching fish splash while sipping your morning coffee, occasionally a water monitor would clamber out on the opposite bank and waddle along to a nest to feed its offspring. Locals fish in the canal and along the walkway aunties and uncles would come out of their homes and have their meals and congregate to chat, The area was well-kept and clean and everyone was always ready to greet.
there was nothing that i didn't like because it was an immersive experience into the lifestyle of the few families along the canal.

Staff were really nice and the location was really good.
The place was clean so to speak but room had loads of little bugs. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on, like lying on the pavement.
