Rocky start due to parking issues but pleasant overall.

The facility was cheap, clean, and well positioned.

When things didn't go well, it was very hard to find or contact staff in place to help. We were supposed to have a reserved underground parking lot to find all the spaces taken and signs saying that I would be towed elsewhere. I couldn't find anyone and struggled to contact someone to talk to by phone. The provided phone number directed me to a website. Finally I received an answer via a nice person at a different facility transferring me to the right person to talk to. The issue could easily be remedied by providing clearer parking instructions for when spaces are taken and by having real human beings to talk to available. It was 8pm not 2am that I struggled to find someone.

Best value at Keystone, will always be happy to go back

I loved the convenience of the property location and ease of access. The hot tub and lobby were great, even if the studio was a bit too small for 4 people. The convenience of the extra towels and ample closet space was super useful and we definitely loved having a garage.

The closet bed laid at a bit of an angle so it felt you slept tilted downwards toward your head which was kind of weird the first couple of nights until you got used to it. The kitchenette really isnt suitable for cooking.

Good

The location was amazing. Ski bus stopped at the front door. Local bars and restaurants very accessible. - love Keystone

We had no television/ entertainment system for three days, they tried to help but to no avail.

would not stay here again

the pillows on the bed were comfy. it was a 4 minute walk to a ski lift at keystone.

heater in the wall did not work, moldy shower curtain, smelly cloth shower curtain, leaky sprinkler head in bathroom? worst thing about this place was that we could not find it easily and this place had 2 different addresses on maps. once arrived we could not get in as there are no staff. got held up on phone call by a lady who worked for vacasa and was asking weird personal questions while waiting for a front door code confirmation to get in.

I would stay here again for only a night or two.

Shower had good hot water. Heat worked good. Restaurant next door has awesome breakfast. The lobby has a nice fireplace.

Instructions were not clear on how to enter property. There is no linen change for a weeks stay! We were told we could use the washing machines at our own expense. They do not let you use the fireplace. Said it was decoration only. Rug was tattered and stained, as was the couch. Made you not want to sit on it or walk barefoot on the rug. Hot tub for the entire facility is small and was filled with kids every night. There was a key for the owners storage, which did not work on the lock so we had to bring skis up to the room.

Perfect location for a ski trip to Keystone or A-Basin

Right next to Keystone and super close to A-Basin. Prime location and convenient shops and restaurants right downstairs.

Not much to complain about. Think the humidifier in the room is broken

A very nice getaway

Location ease to enter once we found the entrance fabulous meals at the Haywood Dish TV Spacious clean convenience of storage

The directions to get into the gateway should include to reach the underground parking you need to drive around the back of the building And only one blanket for the main bed nothing for the sofa sleeper Coffee maker should have specific instructions how to operate.
