• Effortless check-in and check-out. Just take the key out of the lockbox and then put it back. Takes 10 seconds, best possible experience... • The villa is really beautiful. Flowers and vines around the house and trees in the backyard create an oasis that you don't want to leave. • The house is new and spacious. It has an AC in every room which was vital in the July heat. The beds are comfy. The living room provides a great space for chilling with friends or working. The big kitchen makes cooking at home easy. • The pool. It's clean and has a deep part where you can dive and actually enjoy swimming. The water stays warm even at night in this weather. I'd give the house 10/10 for the pool alone. • Cozy private parking spot.

• WiFi was not very fast (~10Mbps) and almost didn't reach the upper floor. • Sunbeds and tiles around the pool were covered in bird droppings and quite dirty in general, looks like they're not cleaned regularly... The pool itself was nice and clean though! • The water pressure on the upper floor was rather weak. • A dishwasher would make a nice addition to the kitchen. • Please update the property address on Booking: the house number is 5, not 20.
