It was just a disastrous experience!

The location of this property was the only positive of the entire week.

There were roaches noticed the minute we walked in the condo. Only one of the bathrooms had a working shower. The jacuzzi tub in the master bath didn’t have a stopper to keep water in the tub. useless. The ice maker didn’t work. The freezer took two days to freeze the ice cube trays and would not keep ice cream frozen. There were holes in the bathroom walls where maybe repairs were attempted, but never completed. After 4 days of my son and I sneezing and coughing, we noticed BLACK MOLD in the bathroom above the shower head and on the shelves in the bathroom. The entire condo was not in good enough condition to rent to the public.

The location was great it was right on beach.Condo was very roomy. We liked ocean view from balcony.

Icemaker in kitchen didn't work.No staff in office till Monday to get fixed an then they handed me ice trays to resolve problem.Found roaches in condo.

Great view of the beach and Great location.

Tv in master bedroom didn’t work, window looking out at beach needed to be cleaned and apartment had roaches. We heard loud banging noises throughout the night, not sure what it was.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed in over 20 years as when it came to cleanliness and worst beds ever.

The beds were actually sinking in because they’re so worn out and hard as a rock. When we pulled the cover back on the master bed there was a pubic hair on the sheets. So we had to wash all the sheets and blankets just to make sure they were clean after we arrived to even feel ok about sleeping in them. There was a roach in the kitchen at one point and a lizard in the king size bed on the day that we checked out. The carpet in the bedrooms and hall or so nasty that your feet would be black if you walked in the floor barefoot. All you could smell was musty mildew smell in the entire condo because of the carpet. The smell was so bad we had to get Lysol to spray everywhere to be able to even stay there. I saw review only after I had booked it stating the same things about the carpet and beds. I wish I had seen it prior to booking 201 because it was non refundable and nothing I could do then. Please verify these things have been fixed before you book 201. As far as location it’s great and the room would be fine if these things are fixed.

Had a great time. I would come back

location was great. THE BEACH AND POOL ACCESS WAS GREAT. AC worked really well. Had questions and they responded right away.

Place was a little out dated . Carpet was wet upon arrival due to cleaning. A few places could have used painting and a touch up. A little pricey

Yuk!!

The pool.

The room was filthy. We had to leave our shoes on unless we wanted black feet. There was no shower in the master bath so it was useless. The mattresses were so bad we had to book an appointment with a chiropractor when we got home. The thermostat read 68 so we knew there was no point in telling anyone the air wasn’t working. It wouldn’t have been so bad if there were ceiling fans, but there were none. We had to buy some. And finally, there were ants in the back bedroom. We would never book this condo again.

Ceiling nasty, lights in kitchen out, panels on sliding door missing 12, refrigerator leaking, stove awful all eyes cocked up cooked to one side, safety issue with sliding door could cut foot, beds hard felt like sleeping on coil springs.

Poor

The resort ammenaties were great, parking was easy, and check-in was a breeze but that's about the extent of the good stuff. The beach and pool areas were clean. The air conditioning in the condo worked well and the fridge was cool too.

The cleanliness of the condo was horrible. There was dirt and dust caked in every corner, on baseboards, and other surfaces around the condo. We moved a chair from its place and the floor was black from the crud where the chair had been sitting. Places in the ceiling had plaster coming loose and all around the glass sliding door to the balcony was water damaged with paint, plaster, and even wood peeling away. The fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen are dated. The raised platform around the tub and toilet in the master bath defies explanation and for it to be covered in carpet is mind-boggling! The worn-out furniture in the living room was a mass of stains. The Dish satellite was nice but it wasn't dependable. One bedroom did not even have satellite service on the receiver. Overall we were very disappointed with the condo and will never rent condo 201 again. We should have known it was going to be horrible since we had such a hard time paying for it through Hosteeva! What a crap company to have in charge of your financials!

The condo was very spacious, and the location could not have been any better. It is right on the beach and across. the street from several grocery stores. The pool is large and perfect when we needed to cool off. Checking in and out was a breeze.

Would not go again based on the living conditions of the rooms.

The location was pretty good with easy access to the beach and pool.

The floors in the living room/kitchen were filthy and grimy. The carpet in the bathroom (who puts carpet in the bathroom?) smelled like pee and hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The place had cockroaches, especially in the kitchen area and was bad enough to the point we had to get combat roach killers. The furniture (couch and chairs) were filthy to the point that you did not want to sit on them for any long period of time. You can see dirt stains all over the couch. The balcony window did not have a working lock and we had to use a stick to keep the door from opening. Also, the internet did not work the first day and it threw off the rest of the week for us because it was also a working vacation for some of us.
