Nice place with airport noise every other day.

Big sunny terrace. Simple but sufficient interiour. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach and the restaurants.

Every other day, the VERY nearby airport was using the runway close to the location. Which means that airplanes will land or start, depending on wind, right above the terrace. It is very loud then, you cannot hear your own voice. On those times, every 5 minutes another plane was flying, it is a very busy airport. Acoording to the owner, this is because of some renovation going on at the airport. When the other runway is in use, you can still hear the planes flying, but it is not a big problem then.

Excellent value-for-money ratio

Very good location, 5 min walk to private beach, close to local shops and markets. Clean room and linen, air conditioner, small refrigerator, all was good there. Owner provided card key for private beach access. He also provides airport pick up, so it was very helpful.

Exceptional

Absolutely amazing place and the hosts who also picked us up from the airport (for additional fee). The property is 10 min on foot from the beach and you can assess the beach with stretchers with the card from the apartment. The area has several restaurants and supermarkets. A pharmacy, large supermarket and a souvenir shop are nearby. The kitchen in the apartment is well equipped and the balcony offers a great opportunity for breakfast. Please note, you get what you pay for, this is rather authentic local style accommodation and not a 5 star hotel. Yet we never regret that we stayed here.

Short trip to Antalya

Mehmet was the best host ever, smiling, helpful, gave some practical advices. The beach is ca. 10 min from the apartment to walk. Three are shops nearby, one can cook in the haus kitchen.

Very good

They were so very nice and very accommodating. When they saw our luggage they offered us a room on a lower floor that was very sweet. Such an interesting neighborhood that we enjoyed wandering in.

We sort of expected a bed and breakfast type of place where we met the owners and other guests.

The purpose was to find a last minute hotel for 1 night and it did perfectly the job. Comfy room. Easy communication with staff. Good location near Lara. Balcony to dry the things. Clima working well.

Cean but very basic and small

Clean room, nice hosts

The room is very basic and everything seemed quite old. The shower is practically non existent. The air conditioner was loud. The surroundings are not very pleasant, there is a lot of garbage lying around and nobody seems to care.

Good because i was a close ro airport and a good beach nd shopping.

Other tenants should not be allowed to cook at 44:30 in the morning right next to our room. No ocean view as we paid for.

Good value for your money, especially if you want to enjoy the beach

First of all - the location near the beach, if that is your main purpose of stay. It is less than 5 minutes to the closest beach, which is nice and well organized - there are 5-6 bars and restaurants with their private beaches and very small part of few meters only between each of them considered as a public place. As I read in one of the previous reviews - don't forget to ask the owner for his card. Ask him to write the name of the beach and its owner Arif, who is his friend! It enabled me to stay for free twice on the beach - just show it to the guys who maintenance the beach. The room has air-conditioner and relatively big fridge, which are definitely needed, as I assume how hot it is in the summer. There are two super-markets on the way to the beach, as well as two others in few minutes more. The area is mainly residential with closed complex around and few big hotels and there are not many restaurants (beside those on the beach) and it goes quite even around 10 (at least at the end of September). Important tip: don't use the location that comes out at the Booking reservation. I got WhatsApp message from the owners immediately after my reservation and they mentioned Tourist Hotel. That is the best way to locate it, as it is exactly across (carsi) this hotel, which is visible from far away, as the tollest building. Otherwise, the whole complex is called Martilli and it can only confuse you, if you decide to look on your own. I had to call the owner after half an hour walking around and he was very kind and come to pick me with his car from the neighbourhood.

The room was really small, it had not more than 7-8 m2 including 1m2 for the bathroom. I stayed only one night and spent the whole day outside, but for more days it is not recommended. The owners don't live in the villa so don't count on leaving your luggage after the check-out, as there is no normal reception.

It feels like home!

very beautiful and comfy place. The owners are really nice couple helpful and generous. Location is quiet and not far from the shops and bus. I will diffidently go back!!

Very good place to stay on a budget

Room was very clean, bed sheets smell really nice :) green garden and a lemon tree at the entrance) Good WiFi, 5 mins to the beach. The kitchen is on the first floor shared by 5 rooms, you can find there any kitchenware you need. Special thanks to the owners - very kind and good people.

Friendly, generous and good people. The place is close to a couple supermarkets and a kepab shop.

The unexpected upgrade in the room. The big space and the sun that comes into the room since the early morning.

When someone moves things upstairs, I hear it clearly. I might be a little bit sensitive to noise.
