Excellent location!
The host is super friendly and always there for you!
The air conditioner was a bit old and it was difficult to cool the apt.

The studio flat was comfortable with everything you need for a few days. It was a convenient location to visit all the places we wanted to see. You could also split the day to have an afternoon siesta to escape the heat of the day.
Just a minor detail but 2 mugs for tea would have been nice.

Locatie was fantastisch echt het beste mogelijk betreft de stad
Er was een keuken maar het aanwezige servies en pannen was niet echt nuttig qua hoeveelheid
Bijv. Een goeie koekenpan pas niet aanwezig echter dit is simpel op te lossen

On a beaucoup aimé l’emplacement du logement ! En plein cœur du centre ville, dans une petite rue charmante
La Clim fonctionnait et le lit était ok
Plusieurs points sont à souligner :
- une taxe est demandée en + du tarif Booking, non précisée dans l’annonce. C’est cependant habituel sur Bologne apparemment
- le logement n’était pas très propre : moisissure & odeurs d’humidité, poussière, taches, VMC & ventilateur poussière ++, frigo & vaisselle un peu sales
- la wifi n’était pas excellente
- il y avait un gros manque d’ équipements pour cuisiner : pas de planche à découper, pas de torchons, pas de couteaux de cuisine..
- des bouteilles d’eau, de l’huile d’olive et du sucre auraient été appréciés
- dernier point : le logement n’a pas de clés 🔑 : il y a un code digital à l’entrée qui permet d’ouvrir donc très bien, mais on ne peut pas fermer l’appartement depuis l’intérieur ce qui est très limite
