This charming, water-view home is a great spot for a getaway with the whole family. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a private setting, complete with a hot tub for daily relaxation. Unwind, and enjoy comfortable seating. Switch on the propane grill for at-home barbeques. Deep Creek lake and mountain views are a wonderful backdrop to any activity. Should you want to explore further, the home provides a walkable distance to the lake and Traders Landing to grab a coffee/pizza, along with kayaks for added fun. Retreat inside to find a fully stocked and equipped kitchen that will make meal preparation a breeze! There are multiple streaming TVS with cable for casual entertainment. And for the little ones in the group, baby gear is provided including a high chair, Pack 'n Play, and baby gates. Guests can also enjoy access to the nearby indoor athletic center (The CARC) which has a full gym, basketball court, and an indoor pool and hot tub, about a 3-mile drive away. CARC AMENITIES -Gym -Basketball court -Indoor pool/hot tub THINGS TO KNOW There is a 13 night limit on reservations per local regulations. Reservations over 13 nights are prohibited and cannot be honored. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Location was great. View was beautiful.
Unfortunately, house was not cleaned well and not well maintained. Responsiveness of maintenance company was poor. Most of our issues were either addressed late or not at all.

Property was nice. Hot tub was amazing. Didn't find the keys at first for the hot tub. Called the property management company and they never followed up but we ended up finding them on the fridge. When we arrived the emails and texts didn't list the door access so we had to call about that. Otherwise very nice and more affordable on fees than other places I looked at. There were dishes left in the dishwasher that weren't precleaned properly but we only stayed for 2 nights so I just hand washed our dishes. Front door blinds were damaged but no big deal as long as I don't get charged. I would stay again ... was a decent place and had a nice view of the lake :)

Amazing time at this house! We love staying at Roman Ridge and this property was a gem. The basement walkout with soft astroturf to get to the hot tub was a very pleasant surprise! We enjoyed the house and did not have an issues plus it was a great kitchen and clean as can be!

We have had 3 vacations here, and it was lovely each time. The location is up from the main road behind a row of trees, enough to keep the noise of the main road down to a dull roar, and affording a wonderful view of Deep Creek Lake and the forest around it from the small porch off the kitchen. The apartment is accessible up two flights of stairs, but with a smaller bedroom accessible by a ground floor entrance. The owners recently installed a hot tub (for summer months) and a small astroturf patio tucked under the porch, a great place to relax with a morning beverage. Down the hill by the road is a small "village" with a cafe, an Italian restaurant, a Subway and a water-sports shop that offers tours of the lake during the high season. The entrance sits at a wide loop around the lake, so it can be hard to see the traffic coming around either bend, so use extra caution when you go sightseeing. There is enough here for a four-season experience.

The vacuum cleaner needs updated or bag replaced and the smoke detector kept going off when you shower downstairs maintaine took care of that and the ant and dishwasher issues overall great place and everything was clean

We loved walking to the pizza place, subway, and the coffee shop. It was so great that we could walk to High Mountain Sports too. We hope to stay again in the summer so we can walk down to rent kayaks and launch without ever needing to get in the car. Plus the place had everything we needed to cook great meals and sleep comfortably.

Place is really comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Can walk to the coffee shop, pizza, and sub shop at Trader’s Landing. Great views and very relaxing. Will definitely book this house again.

Everything was clean and a very nice location, close to everything. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of clean towels for everyone. The only suggestion I have is to maybe add some cereal bowls since there was none at all. But overall a great place

This place sleeps 8 but is VERY small. Limited porch/outdoor space. Obstructed view of the lake. Hard to control the indoor climate.
It is very close to everything so great location. We had 5 people but it says sleeps 8! Beds are small.

We had a great time in this rental. Very clean. The spiral staircase is a little dangerous, especially if you are older. The kitchen is old, but functional. I would stay here again. This space would be very tight for a busy family.

We go to deep creek to game. We hope for snow, but no snow.
There were very limited supplies provided such as garbage bags and paper towels.
If people are in the living room, the downstairs absorbs all that sound.
The furniture was not comfortable.
But for the price we got a small place with enough room. It worked.

This was perfect for our weekend stay. Close and convenient to everything at Deep Creek. Very clean and comfortable. There were a bunch of little things that were broken like window latches, paper towel holder, towel racks, but a great place!

Wonderful Weekend get-away!
Nothing but 5 stars for this place! Clean, cozy, and great location! Comfortably fit 6 people with plenty of space! Would highly recommend!

Cozy for family of 4 plus 2 dogs
We spent a lot of time on the deck with the lake view and looking out the big windows. The unit was very clean. They responded same day when the dishwasher broke. The condo complex was friendly but private. The location is absolutely fantastic for convenience - walked to the coffee shop every day. We did have to drive to trails to walk the dogs in the woods, but there are plenty of open spaces to walk the dogs around the complex. Be aware you will go up and down that spiral staircase or outside and up the exterior stairs quite a bit if you are sleeping on the first floor or have dogs that will go down the spiral staircase but not up (this unit has 2 floors). The 2 bedrooms on the main floor are a little tight, but our teenagers were fine. I wish the Queen size bed was in the "master" suite on the lower level with the private bathroom. My husband and I were a little tight in the full size bed! We would stay here again for sure - great price for what you get!

Clean, nice place super close to the lake and everything else in the area. Lots of fresh towels, sheets included, kitchen fully equipped. Pizza place, subway and coffee shop within 2 min walk. Awesome ice cream place maybe a mile down the road ;)

Could not turn on porch lights. Cleaning service let pod from prior tenant in the keurig
Beds were small for 2 adults and the 1 air conditioner in the family room was a noisey
portable that only cooled this room and the kitchen area. We made the best of it and otherwise enjoyed our stay

Very nice place
It was very clean, plenty of towels and well stocked kitchen. View of lake was beautiful and a great area to stay. I highly recommend this condo and vacasa made it easy. Thanks.
